Beats all mats because of thickness and price worth it.

Older people will like this for the ease of carrying it and its comfort on the floor. So lightweight and cushiony for the old bones. Quality made. Nice colors. Easy to keep clean and prop upright behind funiture to store.

Good for At Home Use!

This is the 2nd mat I've bought. These are great for an apartment, nice size. The first one I bought was last year, it was black, and I liked it so much I got this pink one. I do think the pink is a lower density foam than the black one I got last year, but it is still a great at home mat. You cannot buy these at the Big Box stores. If you need them to connect, you can always rig up a velcro attachment while bending down the outer seam, or buy the ones from their store that do attach. I love these, not only are they easy on the feet, back, knees, etc, for general floor work or standing work, they do help decrease the noise to the neighbors slightly. I do not jump up and down or do gymnastics anymore, so, I think for joint shock in such activities you may need a much, much thicker pad. For at home general use this is fantastic!

Dog loves it.

My beer gut is bought and paid for - not gonna throw it away by exercising. This mat was bought to be a dog-bed in my workshop. I wanted something comfortable for him but easy to clean the sawdust off of. The dog likes it, and it's holding up nicely to his claws so far. I've got it folded the way it comes so his 'bed' is 2' x 3' and just over 3" thick - much better for him than the concrete floor of the workshop.

Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. Exactly as advertised and ordered. Lightweight and well constructed. Should last for a long time if taken care of. Not built for comfort, its not squishy. It's quite stiff. It's built for use. There is some give to it and will provide plenty of protection from a hard floor.

Using it for soundproofing a door

I ordered this so I can hang it over a door, using over the door hooks, for sound proofing purposes. We have a door leading to the basement, and my housemate living in the basement sometimes plays music loudly - some of the music tends to come in upstairs through the interior wood door. This neutralizes most of that sound now. I cant speak to its use as an exercise mat, other than it seemed well made for the money. For my purposes, it's working perfectly.

good construction - stores easily

as i have gotten older needed something softer to supplement my hard rubber mats for floor work - situps crunches - this is the goldilocks mat for that purpose -would be too thick for equipment and too thin for tumbling

Sturdy little mat

Good little mat for various activites. Only request wouls be to have velcrow on one side so when i buy another they can stick together. My daughter can do her cartwheels on it and doesnt move around on her too bad

Not what I expected

I recently had a knee replacement and was anxious to get back to my floor exercises. I tried the Everlast mat at a friend's. It was great. I bought this mat since the delivery was earlier and it looked very similar in materials and size. It is not. I don't know what kind of foam is in it, but it has very little cushioning or give and take. Pretty much hard as a rock. I've used similar mats at pilates and yoga studios and I find this one to be much harder. The cover seems very cheap, and according to my measurement, it is not as thick as advertised. I bought the Everlast and worth the wait for delivery.

Awesome Mat!!!

This mat is so great!( daughter using dad’s account:). The mat is good quality, thinckness and a decent size. It’s nice and firm and the handles make it so easy to move around. It’s also well priced for a gymnastics mat (some can go up to $200). I wish it was a little softer and bigger but otherwise it’s perfect and I love and use it so much! Totally recommend it:). Going to order a second one!

Work out at home in comfort.

Firm support but extra padding. We like to work out at home, and previously were using yoga mats to provide a little cushion between my back and the hardwood floor. This didn't work well, so needed something better. This fit the bill. the size is great, I am 6"3 so it is large enough I can be comfortably laying on it do to sit ups and planks in comfort. The fact it can be folded allows for each storage in a closet. The mat is well constructed, and easy to use and clean.

Nice mat...just what I was looking for.

Mat seems fine, nice and thick, nice price, arrived swiftly...I can't comment on durability since it's only been used a couple times so far, but it's cushions well and seems to be quite good quality.

Great exercise mat for great price!

Great exercise mat for great price! I can perform all of my exercises on the mat and it provides the support on my back and body that I need. I do find that I keep my feet w/ running shoes off the mat for some exercises as the material is very durable but looks like it may stretch. Easy to keep clean and wipe down. Glad I didn't have to pay $150 CDN+ for basically the same thing. Recommended.
