Works as expected

Not much to say here. Works as intended. Arrived undamaged. Fits my range hood perfectly. Simple install once you know where it goes. Be careful not to bend it as it is hard to bend back due to material used.

It does work. I tried another way and it now snaps in.

I tried installing once again and after doing it a different way, the filter appears to have snapped in even though the metal border is a bit thicker. I am getting a refund for the 1st one I ordered. I would like to be charged back for this one because it works.

Check the number of charcoal filters that your microwave needs.

I needed to change out the charcoal filters in my microwave. I never checked to see how many my unit needed prior to placing my order. I ordered two filters and when I went it to replace them, I discovers my unit holds two charcoal filters. It was very easy to install.

Filter east install but access more difficult

Installation is complicated by the way the fan hood is built. I needed a step stool and had to remove screws to access the filters. When putting it back together I dropped a screw inside and had to fetch it out with a magnet. Installing the actual filters was super easy.

You really need to change that filter! Smells better my dear!

Could not get this filter at Lowes or Wal-Mart in our city so of course let us look on Amazon, there we found both, ordered Saturday arrived Monday put It the microwave, prefect this is amazing be cause until Saturday I didn't even know there was another filter at the top of my microwave. The message need clean filter has stop appearing on the panel. So glad I was able to find this filter. Great price!

A little expensive for what it is but is a perfect fit for IKEA Whirlpool model and works as described.
