Good, new, Manufacture date is quite recent.

Besides Amazon taking 14 days to get this to me, it is as expected. Ordered on Feb 14, 2023. The only date on the filters is marked "Dec 2022", this is the manufacture date and 3M suggest a 5 year use by date from the manufacturing date. The packaging on my unit does have a manufacture date and best by date of 2027 printed on the bottom right of the packaging. I mention this as some other reviews sounds like they mistook the manufacturing date as an expiration date. This cartridge is the standard P100 filter. If you need specific vapor filtration, check out 3M's "Selection Guide for 3M Reusable Respirators" document for models of other cartridges.

Great for paint fumes and sanding

These are great replacement cartridges for my 3M Rugged Comfort Quick Latch face mask. I normally use it for painting/ spray painting, sanding, or cleaning mold.

Appear to be Genuine 3M product

Excellent product for protecting health from spray paint vapors when using any type of paint spray equipment. Strongly encourage proper eye and skin protection as well as vapor controls to assure air circulation and explosion protocols are followed. If using these products in your home shop be aware that there are many ignition sources when using oil based or volatile solvent finishes. Turn off your air conditioner or heaters when spraying - open your windows and turn on your fans to insure that fresh air is circulating in your shop. These filters are not respirators.

She wears a mask to care for others

My sister bought her own face mask for working her ICU shifts with COVID-19 patients. After the supplied PPEs were reused, the hospital collected them for sterilization & redistribution. No names on the masks. You got a sterilized mask to reuse. Blech! She bought her 3M headgear on Amazon, & a package with two cartridges. She has her name written on the 3M cartridges & keeps the gear sanitized by wiping the mask & filter box between patients. She had COVID-19 in March; while she wasn’t hospitalized, it kept her home for weeks. When the mask collection issue arose, she bought her own gear. I bought a second & later a third set of 3M cartridges on Amazon to keep in her locker. Before COVID, these mask filters were disposed more frequently, even though the filter can be used until it is more difficult to breathe normally. I love my sister. Please wear a mask out of respect for the healthcare frontline workers & your loved ones. She is doing her job, knowing personally how this infection robs you of your breath, sense of taste & smell. I will continue purchasing cartridges until my sister is able to work her job under “normal” stress, & the fear of losing her while caring for others subsides. Please wear a mask so that she won’t need to wear these every day. Prairie Girl

Fantastic at reducing paint fumes, but expensive

I got these to replace an old respirator for painting with spray paint. These worked great - no paint fumes. They're just a bit expensive.

la marca 3M es garantia de buen produco, la diferencia con filtros anteriores tipo P100 es que estos pesan mucho mas, en lo particular los uso con fines de atención medica contra el Covid 19 y me han funcionado perfectamente, despues de varios meses sin sufrir contagio, los recomiendo,

Buenos cartuchos, son industriales no médicos, pero pueden ser útiles temporalmente en nosocomios.

Son buenos cartuchos, afortunadamente los que recibí no son hechos en China por lo que los considero más confiables, están pensados para la industria (química y sitios de pintura, para vapores orgánicos), y traen de default filtro P100, por eso los uso cuando me toca dar servicio en hospitales a sus equipos de transporte vertical, como son ascensores, montacargas y escaleras eléctricas, inversión que debe hacer uno mismo ya que las empresas en México, no suelen apoyar a los ingenieros y técnicos con equipo idóneo para actividades donde haya cierto riesgo biológico, aclaro que estos cartuchos NO están pensados para uso hospitalario ni donde haya riesgo biológico, pero como solución temporal, siguiendo las normas sanitarias recomendadas de desinfección, distancia y uso correcto, son buenos mientras se encuentran los filtros correctos de uso médico.

Expired.

I ordered these in August 2019, turns out they expired in 2018. I’ve been using them expired the last couple months to spray varnish.. really disappointed. I never even thought to check the expiry date since they were purchased right before use.

Excelentes Cartuchos 3M

He utilizado antes de la pandemia este tipo de cartuchos a la hora de aplicar recubrimientos anticorrosivos con pistola de aire, cuando entro la pandemia fue una opción para poder protegerte gracias a su filtro P100 que es mas que N95 y dada la escasez de las mismas. Su duración depende del tiempo de uso diaria y de la cont6aminacion del ambiente donde la usas.
