Would definitely buy again!

Bought these for my veteran husband. He does have some issues with his feet and ankles and wears shoe inserts and braces but these are great! He states that they hold his feet and ankles comfortably without pinching or rubbing on the top or sides. The best feature of these boots is the the toe kick and entire heel area is stitched! With this stitching it would take a lot for him to tear these up! The color is a bit darker than the picture appears true (coyote) which is what he was really wanting. When they do get dirty they clean up easily. If he has any issues with these I will update this post!

These are very comfortable. They're pretty stif at first, but break in fairly quick. I'm only giving 4 stars because they seem small. I have altama combat boots that fit great, but these are just a snug. I would order a half size bigger

They run a little small, I normally wear a 10.5 bought 11.5 and the y fit fine

Boots are very comfortable, and I prefer the side-zipper to make taking the boots on/off easier and faster. I have a tendency to roll my ankles, and these boots provide a lot of support for the ankles. Very satisfied with this purchase.

As soon as the toe mesh gets wet, it stains

The mesh on both the toes of both boots started turning dark/black as soon as it got wet. I suspect the inner lining is black and the color is leaching into the coyote mesh. Not great for a brand new pair of boots.

I found the area above the ankle too thick in the front, and the sides were very stiff. Also, on the outer side of the boot right underneath my ankle, the material dug into my foot. This made it unbearable to walk and rendered what appeared to be a nice pair of shoes useless. I have a pair of Tactical Research boots with zippers, as these do too. I was not able to remove the boots by simply unzipping the boot without untying the laces like my TR boots. The fit on these boots was spot on for me.
