UPDATE: I’m not changing the star rating but per below, I was going to buy another pair for myself and one for my father. The moment I write a review and say these pants are good at a $17 price point, Amazon hikes up the price to $23.60. And these are Amazon’s pants, not some third seller where they don’t control the prices. A 35 percent increase in price in a week? No thanks. I’ll just keep the one I have and never buy another pair. Greed is not good, despite what Michael Douglas said in the 1987 movie, Wall Street. Amazon and Jeff Bezos have plenty of money. At $17 this was a good deal. At an increase to $23.60 in one week, it’s called theft. I'll try to write this review the way I usually try to, to benefit you. Btw, I truly hate when people leave 5 stars and say things like "it's great!" How on earth does that help YOU, right?! Anyway, I'm a regular guy, in the sense that I'm not a fitness/performance buff but I go to the gym 3 times a week, in general. Been looking for pants instead of shorts for the longest time, but never pulled the trigger since I hate all of those OVERPRICED Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, etc., pants. $40-80 for work out pants...I'll pass. I saw these for $17 and gave it a try. Very nice construction, very comfortable, and pretty much almost exactly what I was looking for. I originally bought medium and I was OK with that but after 48 hours I thought I'd try the small. I'm 150 pounds and 5 foot 7, so I'm short. The medium fit OK (just OK) but the small fit even better...a little shorter and I like pants (even exercise pants) that are a little fitted and not baggy...I hate baggy. So I ordered the small and that's what I kept - I returned the medium. My only issue with the small is that the waist is a bit tight and kind of a project to literally get in and out of them - but just on the waist. Otherwise, nice fit. These are $17 and I may buy a few more just to keep on reserve since I don't expect these to last forever. By the way, to the person who wrote a review and said that he wears this without underwear because they "feel good," can you do me and the entire world a big favor and learn a concept called maturity and manners? Whatever you do with these pants...that's nice, keep it to yourself. NOBODY CARES that you don't wear with underwear. Learn to be a gentleman and normal - I know...that's probably asking too much. In all, a nice product.
