Not as expected, but in a good way

Based on the photo in the listing, I was afraid that this item would be too revealing, as in I’m 51 years old and a litter overweight with giant boobs. I was afraid that the dress would be too short and therefore unflattering. I must have ignored their advice because I ordered a 2XL. It would fit the way it fits in the photo if I would’ve ordered a large. I wish I would’ve ordered an extra large, but I included a bunch of photos with items that I already own to help guide others. As it fits right now, it shows way too much underarm and side boob. But as I said, I was afraid that it would be way too short and show off too much thigh. I love the length that it is, but if I would have gotten it small enough to fit my top half in a better way, this stretchy fabric would have shown off every lump, and my back boobs would look huge. So I guess what I’m saying is if you are 5’3” and 175 pounds with a bra size 38G, don’t go with the 2XL but unless you have no lumps don’t go with the large either. I love the chestnut brown color. I like the fabric, and it’s really comfortable. I probably will keep it but I had thought I could cover it with one of the jackets I own. I don’t think I will wear the leopard jacket because it makes me look like I’m wearing a circus tent. The dark jacket fits me more snuggly so it doesn’t look as unflattering, but really what it needs is a belt or a shorter more formfitting jacket. I couldn’t wear it out in public without a jacket unless I was trying to flash some side boob. LOL. On the bright side, yesterday, I just happened to have ordered an off the shoulder top with a shirred waist. I didn’t order it with this dress in mind but now I’m excited to get the top because I think they will go well together and be flattering. I did follow Amazons advice for sizing when I ordered the top so I will try to remember to post a photo of the two together once the top arrives. I’m not trying to sound crass, just keeping it real, ladies.

Thin

This dress was thinner than what I expected it to be, so unfortunately I had to return it. I really loved the color but it showed too much. Maybe if you wear a long sweater or jacket over it it would be okay. I ordered a size XS I am 5’7” and 115lbs.

Comfortable and flattering

I've worn this dress twice now and really like it. The material is thin and has a lot of stretch/movement to it. Which is perfect for the Houston heat.

Love it

So comfy. I love this dress. I got 3 of them. One in medium and 2 in small. The medium is really loose but still looks great. I’m 5’2 and 140lbs. I got two more in small. It’s more fitted but not tight. I can still wear it to work. Both hit me right at the top of my knees.

Don't buy the beige color

This is only regarding the beige color. It is such a bad color, resembling VERY yellow coffee or worse, words I can't put in a review. It also runs a little smaller than expected. Cute fit otherwise but no way I would wear this

Not all the same quality.

On my first order I was please with my purchase. Fits nicely and good quality. So I ordered 2 more in different colors. Unhappy because they are not the same quality. I kept because is cool summer dresses. Wearing around the house is ok. But too chip looking for going out in public.

Arm holes...enormous arm holes

I loved this dress, except, the arm holes. They're enormous, and hang so low that you could see my bra, and the arm holes gaped at the front. I ordered the correct size, but had to return, sadly.

Cómodo; tejido agradable; versátil total, por ser casual pero queda tan bien que puedes llevarlo de día y de noche, en cualquier ocasión. Queda bien con cualquier calzado. Ideal llevar con braguita reductora de vientre. No transparenta.

faut acheter votre taille d'hab, pas celle là conseillé par Amazon!

Amazon m'avais conseillé d'acheter XL, normalement je porte L. Je pense que avec cette robe même un M me vas, car le XL est vraiment trop grand/large. Pour moi c'est pas trop grave, j'arrive à ajuster sous les bras avec ma machine a coudre. Mais si vous voulez une petite robe à votre taille, vaut mieux acheter votre taille d'hab ou même une dessous si vous aimez 'serré'.

très bien, agréable à porter, taille bien.

Je voulais une robe simple pour les vacances et c'est exactement ce que j'ai eu. Le tissus est léger et le tiens pas chaud, mais il n'est pas transparent. Super jolie avec une paire des baskets
