Installation issue
These are beautiful once installed. The wing anchors for sheet rock, however, protrude beyond the towel rack base and are visible. One photo shows the black base with the anchor protruding. The base works well when screwed to a stud. I ended up using 1/8" toggle bolts where I could not hit a stud (Installed six 10" and 24" bars). Well built like other Amerock products, but poor mounting design.

Defective and past the return window????‍♀️
This towel ring came defective and since we received it around Christmas it was several weeks before we got around to installing it. When we took it out of the box we realized it’s defective. The ring is sitting crooked in the base. I’ve realized it’s a few days past the return window so now it’s just garbage. So if you order it be sure to look at it right away. The color is nice, the quality is meh.

BASE TOO SMALL TO SUPPORT HOLDER SECURELY
Can't secure to the wall with the tiny base and tiny screws. The small base is not big enough to support toilet paper tissue. I want to return, but I am a few days past the return date.

Disappointed
The first order arrived with nothing in the box except the instructions. The box was damaged on one end. The second order arrived with the towel bar and instructions only. There were no mounting screws, mounting plate or any of the other items that were supposed to be included. I hope others have better luck with this company because the towel bard itself is quite nice. Sturdy and attractive. I’m not going round three with these folks!

Base is too small
Base is too small to hide mounting holes in tile. It needs some kind of base plate.

Mount hardware doesn't work with product
The mounting hardware doesn't fit this product. Shocked that the company couldn't figure that out.

Broken
Ring was broken. I ordered 2 of these and they were both broken or defective.

Base too small to hold in gyprock
Followed all instructions but the base against wall is so narrow and the wall anchors so close together that they provide virtuall no support in the gyprock. It all worked lose in a couple of days just putting a towel on and pulling it off. Now I have to plaster and paint the wall. I have put several towel bars up in houses and cottages over the last 45 years and never experienced junk like this.
