Great product with less stress on knees.

I love these fins because I’ve had bilateral knee surgery and do a lot of pool swimming. I need something that wouldn’t put a lot of strain on my knees but give me a good work out. They provide great thrust without over exertion.

Excellent addition for lap swimming

Due to low-back issues, my Dr suggested lap swimming. I hadn't done that since my one year on the high school jv team, and my memories were not fond ones. After a few weeks of swimming, and feeling like I was acctually putting more pressure on my low back a friend suggested I try her swim fins. What a difference. The little bit of buoyancy these fins provide really help me keep a proper spine alignment while swimming and I feel that I can really concentrate on the form of my strokes and engaging my core. I went home and ordered a pair that day and thanks to Prime had them by the next time I was going to the pool. Just be careful to understand the sizing of these.

Softer, lighter fins

These fins are so light can barely feel them. I switched to these fins to take the pressure off my toenails, which were splitting after years of using other more traditional fins. Still, I wear a little light ankle sock for more protection and comfort. When buying these fins, ladies size is different than the way it is shown. I wear a 7.5 size shoe and needed the XS fin. The fit is great. These fins don't give the same speed, but I do think they will be better for my feet and toenails. I always rinse in clear water after use. They are so light that they will be great for travel, too.

I love the feather weight of those fins

I love the feather weight of those fins. A bit of knee pain and calf cramping everytime I used them so I guess there is no perfect fins. Great to pack.

Skinny feet can’t get in easily

Size is right but opening is too small. My left foot which is very narrow can’t go in without hurting myself. Im about 6 women shoes and XS is impossible. Also I don’t like how uncomfortable on the top of my feet somehow the design doesn’t work for all. The material is amazing but they should have design like other normal slide-in fins. *Note that the used one I ordered with really low price is very brand new. I guess there are many like me. Glad to know that Amazon give products “second life”.

Love these

I'm a lap swimmer who always used Zoomers, but after my car (with all my gear in the trunk) was stolen, I had to get new gear - which was more work than getting a new car. These fins are positively bouyant, so if you like a little help getting horizontal, they will help streamline. They are SO comfortable and much softer than Zoomers. Love them!

Very light weight!

Love these Aqua Sphere swim fins. I’m faster....they are so lightweight for a 5ft 1”in young 73 yr old! I’m feeling like “Aqua Woman”. lyndol

Fitted fins for fitness!

Love these fins which were recommended by teammates. They are snug on your foot which is a good thing! The slight downside is they are sometimes difficult to get on, but they are still worth it!

I bought these after my daughters' new swim coach recommended them when she joined a local squad for the first time. My initial reaction was "weird". At first our oldest daughter (10) was envious of her sister's new pink Maru fins as they were "what everyone else has" and she didn't want to "look like a seal" (read = be different). But after trying both the Maru fins and the Aqua Sphere fins in the water, she was convinced. Her best friend now also has a pair so they are going to set a trend in their squad. Lighter = faster and they're as comfortable as they can be given what they are! They're a bit like Crocs in feel/weight. Look like a seal or look like a duck with the other fins? Seals are better known for swimming! :-)

Best swim fins I have ever used

I bought these one year ago and use them every time I swim which is a few times per week. Best swim fins I have ever used. Very light weight in comparison to others, but a much better work out. I bought the smallest size and I am a UK 36 (size 3) and they fit just right, could b a little snugger. Go for a smaller size than your foot size.

Great fins

Great pair of fins, very comfortable to wear - no rubbing. Perhaps consider going down a size though. I'm a uk ladies size 4 but had to send the xs size back as they kept coming off. I exchanged them for the xxs which are supposed to be size 1-3 but fit me perfectly.

Not for me

I have not come across the term XXS before but soon found out what it meant. Returned for replacement by men's size 10. Replacements fitted but are of no help swim training. With no information leaflet, it is anyone's guess which side is up!

Great product as they are extremely lightweight and easy to use.
