Perfect fit for high arch, FINALLY!!

I have a really high arch and as much as I really needed pull on boots for work since I work with animals outside and don't like wet feet, this one has been great. My old Ariats were pull on and I have had them so long they looked terrible after all the abuse I gave them but still hung in there. Professionally I needed to look better so I tried on every pair of boots possible and still could NOT get my foot down the shaft of a boot, any of them!!! I decided to break down and get lace ups. I also worry a lot about the seams cutting into my bones as well and that would be the only thing that will need some breaking in is the stitching from the seam that rubs a little on the top of my arch but not bad at all. Other than that these shoes are pretty dang perfect. NO break in time, no blisters or sores and it has a decent insole so the lack of being able to fit my arch supports isn't as bad. In a perfect world those of us with high arches need inserts and that is impossible to find with boots anywhere, so if the boot isn't completely flat inside I have some hope for support and this one seems to be good on me so far. I did buy wide. Feet aren't sore at the end of a long working day, so mama is happy :) Thanks Ariat.

Comfortable and Cute

I bought these a few years ago and then ended up in other shoes. Recently Keen redesigned my favorite work shoe and the ones I wear every day were getting less comfortable so I decided to put these on instead. I did order a half size larger than my usual and am glad I did, especially being on my feet all day. I did pull the footbed and am currently using a Timberland Pro liner. The Ariat liner wasn’t cushy enough for me. These have good ankle support and my feet are better supported on the sides than in my Keens and that means they hurt less. I did replace the laces with elastic no-tie ones which makes getting ready in the morning quick. Overall a very comfortable boot. I’m on a concrete shop floor all day and my legs and back don’t feel it with the nice sole and good support. I do have fat ankles and high insteps and haven’t had any problems with tightness. The elastic shoelaces help because they give quite easily and don’t feel so tight. I like the side decoration and the kiltie on the toe too. Lots of compliments on how “cute” they are.

Love these boots!

I ordered these boots because Ariat is a reputable brand and I knew they would be well made, and they are! I wear a size 8 and ended up ordering a size 8 wide to allow room for socks. They certainly weren't too big - they fit as a normal 8 would, so if you want to wear relatively thick socks with them, I would recommend a 1/2 size up and definitely get a wide if you are a normal size. I wore them around the house one day to "break them in" because they were stiff when I first put them on. I was amazed at how quickly they went from being stiff to being perfect - only a few hours. I highly recommend these boots if you like the style and want a pair of genuine, quality western boots.

They look great online, but in person

They look great online, but in person...Wow! Pictures do not give this boot justice in quality and style. I am 5'1 and wear a 5.5 shoe in most brands. I ordered the 5.5 and it fit PERFECT. Exactly how a cowboy boot should fit. (For those who are new to cowboy boots, I suggest you look up some info on how they are suppose to fit.) The shaft height and circumference is important to me since I am petite, and these fit like a dream. Aside from the looks, what impressed me the most was the comfort of the footbed and softness of the leather. I would say I have a normal width foot, and they fit as expected. A+ on style! I love all the distressed and rugged looking boots out there, but if you want a classy but sassy boot, this is the one for you! I bought the "Old Black" color. The stitching on the sides is shades of gold, rust, red, and orange. The trim at the top of the boot and down the sides is an antique gold color. The snip toe design on this boot is a show stopper! I love me a snip toe boot, and this one is hands down one of the best I've seen! Very sharp and stylish!

Super arch support

I have difficulty finding shoes, and especially boots, that have the arch support and room I need for comfort. I have very high arches and these boots not only have probably the best support I have found in a boot, but enough room to accommodate the height of my foot without rubbing or pinching. I’ve had two surgeries on my right foot which have left it very tender and difficult to walk on without the right support and these boots allow me to be on my feet painlessly for hours at a time. I am so thankful that I discovered them. So much so that I now have a pair of their slippers and have gotten work boots for both my hubby and son. We all love them.

Looks like a dog chewed the boots

It looks like a dog chewed one of the boots. Definitely surprising coming from an Amazon seller, but I won't buy from this person again. Returning the garbage product cost me a fee, too. Not cool.

Best boots ever

These are the best boots I have owned. They are comfortable and work well for people with wide feet. They will last a long time if you look after them.

Not what I expected

Ordered the 8 wide and it was wayyy too narrow, fit was like a medium width but with an extra long toe. Also the blue was not as bright as the picture, it still looked nice just not what I expected. The shipping was very fast though just too bad they didn’t work for me.

Love them

I've worn work boots for many years so getting womans boots that fit comfortably is a chore. These are it. If you want to wear thick socks you might need to go up a half size.

Buy them!

Only downside was they took over a month to confirm that they were actually coming which only made me realize how much I wanted them lol. I got them last week and they are literally the most beautiful boots I’ve ever purchased... the details and quality are excellent and they are worth every penny... I’m usually a size 10-10.5. I chose the 11 to be on the safe side and they are perfect... they’re comfortable as is and I will be able to put a thicker sock in the fall and they’ll still be a comfortable fit!
