The grid does NOT allow you to "properly align titles, graphic and display elements"

If you're considering buying this board for its grid: don't. Here's why: This board's main selling point is the half-inch grid that is faintly printed on one side. It's supposed to help you place graphic elements with precision. In the product image, the grid is portrayed as being perfectly aligned with the edges of the board, so that if you want to place an item, say, five and a half inches from the edge, just count out 11 grid squares. That will save you time measuring and double measuring right? Just one problem: the grid isn't actually aligned with the edges of the board. In my attached photos, you can clearly see how the grid is misaligned. I bought five of these boards, and they all have this problem: the grid is randomly and unevenly misaligned, so that I still need to use a ruler to place my elements precisely. Maybe there are companies that advertise this feature and really deliver it. But ArtSkills isn't one of them.
