Great quality, inconsistent pricing.
I very recently wanted to purchase 3 of these pans, but they only had 2 in stock. I purchased the 2 pans for 18.99/each. The pans is very high quality and am very pleased with the performance. However, I went back about a week later to purchase the 3rd pan. The price had gone from 18.99/each to 29.98/each. Very frustrated with the increase when I should have been able to purchase the 3rd pan for the same price I purchased the first 2. Again the quality of the pan is not the problem, it is with the inconsistency in the pricing.

Professional quality
I bought this because I have a lot of recipes calling for this exact size and I splurged and got this one to get a perfectly square cake from bottom to top. Saving my pennies to buy another so I can make a two layer square cake. Took off one star because you have to really check the corners when cleaning.

Square Cakes are Possible Because of this High-Quality Pan
I've always wanted to make square cakes. I find using parchment paper and buttering and lightly flowering the pan (as you're supposed to do) yields perfect results every time I've used them. I'm very pleased with the 3-inch height. It both distinguishes and professionalizes the look of the cakes when stacking, as opposed to your traditional 2-inch pans. Cleaning was no problem.

Compares favorably to commercial pans
Well made, nice weight, great straight sides without annoying rounded corners or places to batter to hide. Has a nice release although not non-stick. I prefer the aluminum finish to the dark brown non-stick because I feel it's gives a nicer end product. All considered a very nice pan, gives professional results, reasonably or at least competitively priced to other pans of similar quality. I choose the 3" depth for its versatility but if what you are planning on using the pan for is something relatively thin (brownies) or that you'll be cutting a piece at a time you might want to consider getting the 2" depth. I usually make a parchment sling when I'm baking or making candy that I want to lift out whole so the 3" depth isn't a problem for me and I have the increased room for cakes to rise as they bake without worrying about "overflow".

Came with a bent corner
Very sturdy - so sturdy I can’t bend back the corner that came damaged. Doesn’t affect the use - just bent.

Very high quality pan
I actually used this in a built in firepit but was very, very impressed with the build quality. This was a very heavy duty pan. It arrived ever so slightly bent along the edge, I'd say less than an 1/8 of an inch out and wouldn't cause problems with the internal baking but in a lay flat situation like I had where I dropped it in a precut hole, it was slightly noticeable. Still, I can't stress enough that this pan is one of the better aluminum pans I have dealt with and I have a cabinet full of cheap pans that couldn't compare to this.

Pthis is a good strong and solid pan
This cake pan is very solid. I baked a Christmas fruit cake and it came out perfectly well. However, the pan was damaged. 2 of the corners were bent. As I was pressed for time, I decided to keep the pan and started the corners myself. It is not perfect as the damage still show but it does not impeded the baking process. Still I would recommend this product.

Excellent. Hard to find deep pans like this. The lip along the side makes pulling it out of a hot oven so easy.
