It came mangled. Inside the box in the box. So it was mangled then boxed up and sent to us that way.

Shipping issue.

The filter works however it was merely wrapped in bubble wrap when shipped and was bent when it arrived. It was useable but damaged. Prior orders of this filter were boxed and arrived undamaged.

Works well, sturdy and efficient

It’s very important in Texas to keep your AC unit working all year round . Along with regular maintenance, these filters are a must! This filter fits my inside unit and I am fortunate to have an AC guy who switches it for me twice a year while doing my tune up. Always arrives quickly, no mess, no fuss!

Honeywell 4" 20 X 25 filtersl

I ordered a box of two of the Honeywell Best Air HW2025 filters for my new furnace. The filters arrived when expected, but the carton they were shipped in was crushed and badly beaten. When I opened the box I found one of the filters was also crushed and torn on one corner. With a little work and duct tape I think I can make it usable. However, I was very disapointed with the way they arrived. I guess next time I will buy them from Home Depot even though they will cost a bit more. At least I will know what I am getting.
