I T W O R K S (WITH NO 'PAIN') AND DOES NOT MAKE THINGS W O R S E !! TOO BAD more people aren't more "aware" of what they are doing to their bodies ex; "fascia "BLASTER" and the Thera-"GUN" ....really? For those that enjoy "abusing" their bodies? Those 2 items make things worse. The Breur fascia-RelaZer WORKS ! ....without "the pain" and "damage" that the American products produce!! I recommend this product to ALL my clients !!

It works wonderfully

The Massager works as advertised; relieves soreness, loosens up tightness. I got the nobs from someone else, and those have been very helpful directing the vibration for my legs and a shoulder injury.

Mixed Feelings

This was by far the best equipment I have used with my back recovery. However, after 5 months It not longer is charging. It just quit working, and to my knowledge it was never mis-used or dropped. I am waiting for a representative from the company to get back to me on what to do next. They have long waits on the phone and a voice message was left and an email was sent also. Hoping they can help me out. If this is resolved and working it would have a ***** star rating.

Glad I bought this. Not a replacement for MELT.

Well built. Good instructions. Charges in about 3 hours. Holds charge well. I will use this when I travel. I tried it yesterday on a long road trip as my husband drove. I do see improvement where I used it. It takes a 15 minutes per area. I spent about an hour working on my whole thigh, 15 minutes per small area. The areas I worked are smoother and muscles feel better. I will use it when sitting in car or when watching a movie or on a plane. I am a huge MELT fan. I enjoy MELT every day. I find it extremely effective method for Fascia release. It does require you to have a floor and a roller. I do take a half Melt roller with me when I travel. This tool is not a substitute for MELT rollers and exercises. I do see application for this product. So this Beurer Fascia-ReleaZer is my choice for traveling..and sitting...better than knitting while watching a movie.

I have used other Beurer products that are wonderful (I love the shiatzu belt that I got in europe and I wish they had more products available in north america) and I also love my blackroll, but this stick has not helped much. I am going to give it one more shot for the next week and then revisit this review. It looks fantastic, very zen, very cool but its not much more useful than a piece of polished wood. I had to work the area a very long time pressing hard - therefore I could only work my top leg muscles - getting the ones from the back was impossible with the pressure required. So it was good for the two hamstrings pressing for a really long time. You can lightly work and arm or back muscle but nothing like my shiatsu belt in terms of results. You can certainly buy something else and get a lot more bang for your buck. The attachments were useless as far as I am concerned. This item is very well designed in terms of looks - very sleek and feels zen and clean and lovely... I wish it worked better.

Glad I invested in this product!

I purchased this product last month and absolutely love it! I exercise daily, at least five times a week. I kickbox, I run, and a lot of the time my muscles tighten up and cause an uncomfortable amount of soreness which is what prompted me to go on a whim and purchase this product. At first, I was nervous to dish out the $200 on something I was unsure about but I am SO GLAD I DID. I mostly use it on my shins after a run to avoid shin splints after sprinting, and on my forearms and biceps after kickboxing to relieve tension and tightness. Not only does it alleviate, it also helps decompress and relax my muscles. I’m so glad I bit the bullet and bought this product because it is a game changer. If you’re on the fence about this product like I was, trust me, buy it!!

So worth the investment

This thing has saved me from the chiropractor and massage therapist more times than I can count. I have chronic pain and tightness in my hips/buttocks and pelvis, and this unassuming stick is nothing short of miraculous when it comes to pain relief. I’ve also used it for loosening up before exercising and it works great. (And it’s equally great for post-exercise soreness.) I found this after an extremely bad experience with Ashley Black’s Fascia Blaster (skin eruptions, depressed immune function, loss of skin elasticity); but I’ve experienced no such issues with this product. Definitely recommended!

Great product for the running and exercise enthusiast

This product is so unique, and I’ve really enjoyed it and the results of it so far. I’m an avid runner and run many marathons and am constantly training, so it was an investment I had been looking into. This fascia releaser allows me to run more frequently (long distances) because it helps so much with increasing hydration and blood flow which ultimately allows for my muscles to repair faster. Not only does it help with reparation but it also just feels nice on my skin and relieves a lot of built up tension. I also have a foam roller that I was using previously but this is a much better product, I think the vibration helps tremendously.
