Well Made but so heavy!

I have no issue with this product but if you put everything in this bag, good luck lifting it. This grill is too heavy to be picked up by the average person let alone my wife. Just my 2 cents!

Five Stars for Quality - But Maybe You Don't Need It...

I gave it five stars because it's an awesome carrying case but, having owned it for awhile now, I find myself very rarely using it. 90% of the places I'd want to take my griddle, I have - 1. Either my truck and its tailgate; 2. A park bench or the like. In those cases, it's pretty easy to just take the griddle portion and leave the stand at home - in which case the bag is kinda overkill. It's fantastic for the purpose it's advertised for but I'm just not sure you *need* one. If I was doing it again, I'm not sure I'd buy the case (or if I did, I'd be certain it was on sale).

Disappointing

We just bought a 22" Blackstone griddle for cooking on our camping trips. I bought this bag since it is Blackstone branded to help with carrying the unit with us and hopefully help reduce messiness and keep all of the parts together. I've not owned either the cooker or bag for very long, however I was very disappointed with this bag right out of the box. * The bag is poorly designed with a top opening zipper flap which makes inserting and removing the cooker difficult. * The material is not high quality and considering the weight of the cooker, I don't expect longevity * There is no padding or support for the sides or especially the bottom where the feet of the cooker and stand sit for reinforcement * The design of the bag is for carrying the cooker on its backside instead of keeping it level which I see being a huge issue, especially for any leaks. The nylon carrying straps are thin and very uncomfortable to lift with There is nothing on this bag I would consider durable or heavy duty. It is simply designed to be a cheap quality cover for what I consider a high price. Ideally, this would have been designed with higher quality materials, had a stiff base in the bottom and padded sides to support the cooker and accessories, had side carrying handles so two people could carry it from each end and had a better zipper that allowed for easy insertion and removal of the cooker. This bag is a cheaply made cover that I simply do not recommend at all.

Good solid bag for holding heavy black stone

I like that it's solid holding the 22" adventure, blackstone cook top with lid and the portable base. I had ti get creative about the side table and drip tray, but I now house a lot of stuff in it down under the blackstone in the books and crannies of the base. I ordinal find the handles mostly useless because they're for carrying on shoulder but I'm trying to get it in and out of a trailer bay, so I'd prefer handles foe the flat way vs the tall way. Just an opinion.

Large, nice looking bag, durability concern...

The bag is spacious, even with the 22" griddle, hood, and stand. There is enough extra room to include a few extra accessories if you like, like the hose adapter, gloves, etc, but a separate tote or bag would probably be better considering the weight of the griddle with stand. The bag looks nice with the Blackstone branding and it opens wide enough that allows packing and removing the griddle fairly easy. There are a few small pockets inside, although I do not know what you would store in them. A couple of complaints: the bag is cumbersome to move with the (2) straps, due to the weight of the entire unit. IMO, the bag would be easier to maneuver if it had a couple of duffle bag type (short) handles on the ends so that you could keep the weight of the loaded bag closer to your body without straining your back. The other complaint is in regard to durability of the material, especially the bottom where you will see the most wear. As it were, I have already noticed a tear where the heavy, metal edges of the griddle has tore the bag, possibly from me sliding/scooting the bag over a couple inches on my garage concrete floor when stowing it under my workbench. The bag should have either been made of a more durable, canvas-like material, or at least on one side where it would be meant,and/or understood to be the most durable side to face the elements. Afterall, this bag is designed to house the 22" "Adventure" griddle, where you are most likely intended to pack and stow on outdoor trips. You would think that since this is for the outdoorsy, tailgating, camping adventurer, that a more robust bag would have been the goal, as is, most all of Blackstone's plethora of accessories.

Works great but weird design for internal storage

The bag itself is super sturdy and great for keeping the whole unit together for transport. However it has internal pockets in the back and its right where the whole thing will sit on it so your bottles will get smashed and tools as well. Not sure about the over all design but the bag works great.

J'habite au Qc/Terrebonne, livrer dans les temps, le produit est conforme, c'est bien un carry bag 17 ou 22" Blackstone dans sa boite originale. Peut-être un peu grand pour un 17", car moi j'ai un 22" avec couvert et je peux également y mettre le kit d'accessoire pour la cuisson et ma rallonge 12' quick connect pour une bombonne de propane 20 lbs. Moins cher que le site Blackstone.ca... même # de produit
