I thought Excavator song doesn't play but if you change switch the Try me to On then ..

16 months old son loves excavator and I figured it out to play excavator song and I found out the changed the switch from Try me to on and it playing the song as well Love this Excavator ????

Toddler approved!

As many of you know, Blippi has become a huge assistance, guide, and flat out true entertainment figure to our children. We got this for christmas and the second our youngest opened it - he couldn’t put it down. He constantly is singing the song along with the toy and bringing Blippi along to all of the “construction sites”. It’s very durable and has withstood many throws and drops! 10/10!

It's alright

My son kept pinching his fingers. He would put his hand on the part of the excavator that bends. It is a little bit stiff when it comes to digging. But it plays the excavator song which my son loves!

Good purchase

Worth buying if your child enjoys blippi. There are 7 sounds including engine noises and blippi talking. I have seen a couple of reviews saying the excavator song doesn't play, which is not true. The toy arrives in try me mode, there is a switch on the back that you press down and that gives access to all the sounds and the chorus of the excavator song.. My daughter is loving it, worth buying.

Good quality

I love the quality of this toy, it's much better than other excavator toys you can buy. And it's baby-safe too, which is another plus with a baby sibling getting into everything. But it only plays the first part of the excavator song, and I think $38 is quite hefty for this toy. Regardless, the toddler loves it and I love it's quality so we're both happy
