Not pregnant, best sleep in awhile
Okay... When I unboxed this it was vacuum sealed, so I thought it would fluff up, it did not, so the reviews about it being flat are correct, which is why I minused a Star. I was REALLY upset it was flat and ready to give it a one Star review, but I slept with it last night and had the best sleep I've had in a long time. No, I'm not pregnant, but my hips have hurt since I've had my daughter (9 years ago), so I need to sleep with a pillow between my legs. I'm constantly turning in my sleep because my body just aches if I'm in a position for over 20 minutes. Last night, I feel I actually slept the majority of the night, only slightly waking up once. I truly recommend this pillow

Works to an extent
I like the pillow, gives me the belly and back support but does not give me an all around support or comfort. I wake up with pain in my neck/collar bone area. The head is a little flat for my liking, I have to put another pillow under the head to raise it up a bit. It appears (or not) to not be a one size fits all; I'm 5ft7 & unable to sleep on my side with arm tucked under the pillow (as seen in the picture of product). I would have to slide down slightly to do that but then will have no belly or back support, as I would be too low for it. Able to sleep in multiple positions.

Very disappointed
I bought the same brand and size that my friend has and the one I received doesn't even come close. The cover isn't soft at all. There isn't enough stuffing in it and yes I did let it air out for over 48hrs and I did exactly as the directions said to do when fluffing it up. It's much thinner and very disappointing.

Fluff in dryer, great support
Recommend highly. Saw reviews on wire cutter that physical therapists evaluated pregnant women and recommend this pillow as it helps get side sleepers into the right back/body alignment for sleep. This means it works for *most* people. For people taller than 68”, you would get a little less length of the pillow to hold between your legs (but could remedy this easily by flipping into U shape and using your own pillow at the top). The width takes up just over half a queen sized bed. Did get a jersey cover for comfort (doesn’t require one).

Not the Softest
This is my first pregnancy and I chose this pillow because of the reviews about it being somewhat flat. I do not prefer a lot of fluff so for me, it’s the perfect amount of thickness. However, the case is not soft at all and would have been enough of a reason for me to return it, if I didn’t have a mother-in-law who could sew. She made a case for it with soft material and now it works well for me.

Good for the price
I bought this because I am pregnant and needed something to make me more comfortable while sleeping. Although this pillow is only about half as “fluffy” as the picture shows, it was surprisingly comfortable. This pillow allowed me to sleep all night without constant tossing and turning. I would recommend it. I also put it in the dryer on air dry to fluff it when I received it because it was vacuum packed for shipping.

Exactly as described although I kinda wish they had designed this a little better because it is not very comfortable on the neck, but works great for sitting up and giving back support, and for when you need someone to lean against when laying down.

It’s ok
It’s not that fluffy! It’s not as full as in the picture kinda flat. I still like it and the price was better than most but also need to buy a cover for it
