Gave me sciatic nerve issues

Was comfortable initially, but eventually I started having back pain. When I stopped using this chair the pain went away.

Comfortable

It's a very comfortable office chair, more comfy to me than my expensive Herman Miller office chair supplied by the company I work for. The chair base had an issue in that one of the wood pieces splintered off of the leg as I was unboxing. I just taped it back on with duct tape and still am leaving a five star review. That's how much I love the chair. lol - Assembling was not very fun- It wasn't impossible but it definitely required more elbow grease than I anticipated and I needed a second set of hands to hold it in place when inserting some of screws.

Doesn't meet my needs.

I needed a chair that goes a bit higher since I have a problem getting up. It should go higher than it does. I'm usually good at assembly but this one a had trouble with.

Damaged product

The chair is beautiful and comfortable.... but it was received damaged. It is not worth it to send it back due to the fact that there was only one in stock when I purchased. This chair is high end and is beautiful but the wood bottom and arm are both busted. The damage is aggravating for the price we paid for the chair. I guess best advice is to order it and hope it doesn't arrive damaged.

Looks good but not comfortable

While the chair looks nice, it’s not very comfortable. If you are tall it won’t work for you. It was also damaged when we pulled it out of the box.
