Works great and NO LEAKS!

Been waiting a bit longer to write a review to see how they hold up. I've been using the rack and dispenser for about 6 months now and they work flawlessly. Good seal, great water flow and doesn't drip after you're done using it. The rack it sits on is very sturdy for the 5 gallon jugs as well. I thought the spring mechanism would start to weaken pretty quickly, but I was wrong. I keep two bottles in my home office and we go through about 10 gallons per week. So if I've had this for 6 months, that's 240 gallons of water I've put through the dispensers without fail.

Design Flaws

Overall, the jug stand is a good, sturdy, usable construction. Unfortunately, the design is not up to scratch. There are two issues. First, it does not exactly fit 5-gallon jug. The supporting rod’s curvature does not match the cylindrical jug surface, so that the angled ends of the rod protrude into the body of the jug and bend it. I tried to show it in my pictures, and it can even be seen in one of the listing pictures. Second, the stand’s feet rods are shod with anti-skidding sleeves. The sleeves are made of soft silicone (or similar material) tubes slit along the length and wrapped around the rods. The tubes stick to the counter surface much better than to the rods. When the stand is nudged across the counter, which easily happens when putting the full jug upon the stand, the sleeves tend to stick and roll over the surface, slipping off and unwrapping the rods. Since the slit is far from being straight, it’s quite possible to shift the feet rods completely off its shoes.

Works great! Very economic option

I have used this for about 4 weeks now and love it so much! I didn't want to find the space for an electric water cooler. And I didn't want to run electricity for something like water. This is easy to attach to a 5 gallon bottle, sometimes a little tricky to remove and takes a lot of turning and gentle pulling. I'm surprised at the quality overall. I anticipated that it might leak a little, and even set it up with a small bucket underneath. While it does "dribble" a little water after you disengage the nozzle, that "dribble" only lasts 1-2 seconds and stops (SO KEEP YOUR CUP THERE). It has not leaked at all yet, and is still in good shape. The only downside is that I still have to flip a 5 gallon bottle over, but because of this device it does not leak at all - so I can take my time. The stand has a rubberized grip on the bottom and does not slide around at all! UPDATE: 9/14/21 - Now have been using this for 3 months and it is still working great! It only leaked once when I put it on a new bottle (like a couple drips) so I readjusted the cap and it stopped. I DO wash it after every bottle with dish detergent and hot water. So far it has no smell, no residue, and pours consistently. My only complaint is it does take a little elbow grease to get the cap on and off. It's on pretty tight. And I'm a midlife woman who can handle it just fine. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone wanting to avoid an electric cooler.

Get what you pay for

Worked fine with a 2.5 gallon bottle, but with a 5 gallon it leaked non-stop. Wire frame is simple and easy to use; the valves pop on easy but evidently don't tighten enough to keep water from leaking.

Great Concept

I like the idea of using gravity to pour your water. No need for pumps, motorized or manual. Unfortunately, the cap does not maintain a good grip to prevent leaks. It worked fine for a few weeks, but then it randomly started leaking. The first time I unwound, re-centered, then placed the cap back on, but it only maintained itself for maybe a few days before it started leaking again.

Works great, easy, no leaks, no fuss.

I looked at several similar systems and they all seemed flimsy and prone to leaking. This setup works perfectly with zero problems so far. I use it camping and have used it a couple dozen times so far. Love it. Just a note: a couple of people gave low star reviews because the rubber strip that covers the bottom of the stand "split on the first use." In reality, they just aren't observant, because that is how the rubber comes new. It's clearly visible in the photos, and it's how they install it. How else are you going to get a rubber tube onto a continues ring of metal? The split does not impact the function or aesthetic, in my opinion. But I guess if you're looking for something to whine about, you could certainly complain about this. Or just shout at a cloud?

Diseño y función a gran física

The media could not be loaded. Muy bonito. Su diseño y tamaño lo hace ideal para barras y superficies estrechas por su fácil manejo. Toma en cuenta que la tapa debe sobresalir de la superficie, para que asi se pueda poner el vaso.

No sirve para México

Tristemente la boquilla no embona en ninguna marca de garrafones de mi conocimiento, probé con Bonafont, Ciel, Epura y Clyva, el diseño tampoco permite el uso de galón de 10 o 5 litros.
