Quality Dress Casual Watch For Any Occasion

The watch was exactly as described, excellent craftsmanship and at a great price as well. A high quality, comfortable band and the face is absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend as this accessory will go both casually or if you’re dressing up.

Stunning

The media could not be loaded. Bulova Sutton in Rose Gold with brown alligator(ish) strap. Photos do not do this watch justice. The color and elegance of the design are fascinating and you’ll find yourself staring at it often throughout the day. Being able to see the movement at work is also great if you're a gearhead like me. I’ve wanted a good skeleton watch for exactly that reason and Bulova is a solid reliable brand. I’ve had my eye on it for a while and when the price dropped I had to scoop it up. Boy am I glad I did. Now that the price is back up to $419 I can say I’d still buy it. The movement is smooth and accurate. I’ve been wearing it for about a week and it hasn’t lost a minute. It is an automatic so I do keep it on a watch winder at night. So far it keeps time just as well as my Hamilton, which was twice the price. If I had to criticize anything I’d say the rotor (counterweight) is a bit noisy when you move your wrist, and there is hardly any lume so it’s basically unreadable at night. But for me at least that doesn’t matter so much. Time will tell for durability but I trust Bulova and in my opinion they knocked it out of the park with this.

Bulova Does It Again

I'm admittedly a fan of Bulova watches. For a mid-range watch company, the quality they put out is always impressive, and this watch is no different. A few things to note.... It is an AUTOMATIC watch....which means no batteries, but it does require constant moving to keep running. If you're not going to wear it every day, you will either need to wind it daily, reset the time each time you wear it, or, like I did for my automatic watches, buy a watch case designed for these types of watches that spins them while you're not wearing to keep them charged. Personally, I like the latter option, as it also looks impressive to have your nicest watches on display, while spinning and catching light. I really like the look of the face. The blue numerals are highly polished, catch light nicely, and even seen to "glow" or change shades in the right light (see pictures) Second, at 44mm, it's a medium size Bulova watch, so don't expect a massive watch face and case like an Invicta or even a larger Bulova. Keeping in line with the medium size face, the case thickness is also slightly on the thin side, so keep that in mind. Lastly, I really like the band, it is one of the "continuous" styles where there isn't really a bottom clasp. It double links together underneath making the outside of the band seamless (see picture). One thing however...while links are easily removed, unlike some bands, there is no "micro adjust" feature to really nail the fit (I'm talking about bands that have the spring loaded pin that can be depressed and moved between 3 different holes, each about 1/3 the size of a link), so you'll have to make do with the best fit based on how many links you remove. Overall, for the price, the look and quality is certainly there, and I finally found a white faced Bulova to add to my collection.

Very nice but not the same clasp.

My fiance really wanted the clasp in the picture and description. We ended up with a traditional clasp and not the one pictured. Wish we got the correct one. Don't want to return it but very disappointed that it doesn't match up.

Versátil

El reloj llego un día antes lo cual fue bueno. El empaque de Amazon era un sobre por lo cual no protegió el estuche del reloj la cual llegó rota. Cómo es para mi y ya tengo una caja para mis relojes, realmente no me importa mucho, pero fuera para regalo claro que importaría. En cuanto el reloj, la caja es pesada, no así el extensible. Es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Algo a considerar y que no dice en la información en Amazon Mexico (inclusive les sugiero entrar en Amazon de Estados Unidos donde si están las características del reloj) el movimiento es japonés y la banda hecha en china. Es bonito, elegante pero a la vez juvenil, no tan formal , igual se puede usar con traje como con jeans. Lo mejor es el precio.
