okay for snow

Holds up well and keeps hands warm

Size was a bit larger than wanted, so the comfort of a tight fit wasn't possible for the kiddo this year - not as flexible as he would have preferred for grabbing. Still, the gloves were warm inside & repelled the moisture on the outside of the gloves as intended. No complaints about the product other than having to wait for the kiddo's hands to grow into the size of the gloves a little bit.

Excellent mid weight gloves

I'm a huge fan of Champion, and these did not disappoint. These are mid weight gloves, do not expect super thick. But they're perfect for the vast majority of winter situations - not too bulky, waterproof, windproof, extra grip, all the features you need for most outdoor activities. Also, most kids don't like super bulky gloves, and we don't put our kids outside in sub zero weather anyway lol. So there's no point trying to wrestle them into a heavy duty glove if they don't absolutely need it. And I guarantee these are warmer than they look. The only omission I noticed was that they do not have a screen touch fingertip the way adult gloves do. They do have a snot wipe on the back of the thumb. Both gloves have a small zipper on the back, very nice touch. They cinch at the cuff (draft protection) and also the wrist. I'm a big fan of the Duo Dry, which wicks moisture and prevents sweating in the gloves. Getting sweat and moisture inside the glove the quickest way to get cold. They're almost as good as my high end ski gloves. A+

Cheap junk, stay away!

Literally, took 10 min to get it on my kids hand because the interior glove is so tight and is so poor quality that it isn't even in the shape of a hand. Finally got it on, pulled the drawstring and it snapped. Literally before the kid even left the house. Returned, will not buy again. Spend your money and get a new pair that is better quality.

GREAT FOR A WET SNOWBALL FIGHT!

I ordered these at the end of the snow season and thought it would be a long time before I could review it - I was wrong! An unexpected Spring snowfall in Joshua Tree gave us the perfect excuse to try these out. My son is nearly ten and average sized. They fit him true to size. I'm glad the fingers still gave him dexterity... his last pair made it hard for him to maneuver well. Most importantly - they kept him hands totally dry... until he got snow in them... but not much to be done about that! They machine wash and dried like new. Super happy with these.

So Warm & Comfy

These are incredibly warm, you can tell the moment you put them on. They have a slightly different feel on the inside, almost a significantly different firmness as compared to normal gloves. It's different but not better or worse. I really like how much stronger my fingers feel in them, like I could grab onto something easier. The material is what you'd expect from more water proof gloves on the outside and on the end, comfort of your hands was clearly considered. Overall, nothing to complain about here.

Great snow gloves!

Super soft in the inside! Flexible waterproof glove! Compared to some other snow/ski gloves, these gloves are way easier to move your hand/fingers in. Great for snow fights and snow art! My kids got frustrated using their stiff ski gloves when playing in snow last winter. My teen will surely love using these gloves next winter. Fits my 12 yr old well. Good product and reasonable price. Recommend!

My son loves these!

Good design, well sized. My son likes the little pocket on the back. They include all kinds of little details, like the clip to keep the gloves together, that are appreciated. The quality seems good enough to last a few seasons, which is all I expect out of them. Nice and warm, kept the snow out on a recent trip to Colorado. I wouldn't expect these gloves to be "one size fits all", but they will fit most well enough. They work really well.
