Decent Soap But Overwhelming Scent
I use hand soap on a daily basis. However, I like to rotate between bar and liquid soap. I was also interested in different types of soap to help moisturize my hand. I thought it was pretty interesting that this soap had olive oil on it so I decided to give it a try. Quality: The first thing you notice when you pump some of the soap onto your hands is the overwhelming scent to it. It did lather pretty well after rubbing with water for quite a bit. Overall, not my favorite but not the worst.

Santal scent not really vanilla
I was expecting a sweet scent due to the vanilla and quince description. I looked up Santal. It’s a fragrance with cardamom and notes of iris and violet. In addition there is a leathery, musky scent that reminds me of sandalwood, cedarwood. I like the scent though it’s definitely very strong compared to other hand soaps we have at home. It cleans fine but there seems to less lather build up.

Strong scent
When I first opened the box of this hand wash, I was struck by how strong the fragrance was. The scent is definitely noticeable, but I have to say, it does work well in the bathroom. I can smell the fragrance when I enter the bathroom, which is a nice touch. Aside from the scent, the hand wash itself is quite effective. It lathers up nicely and leaves my hands feeling clean and refreshed. I appreciate that it doesn't dry out my skin or leave any residue behind. Overall, I think this is a good hand wash that does its job effectively. The lather is good, and it leaves my hands feeling clean and fresh. If you're looking for a hand wash with a strong, long-lasting fragrance, this is definitely a product to consider.

Strong scent, works well.
This was leaking during shipping but thankfully it was packaged in a plastic bag and I just rinsed the outside of the bottle off. It has a very strong smell that reminds me a little bit like my grandma's perfume. It is a pretty strong scent and you have to like it because the smell stays with you after you wash your hands. It lathers up nicely and does a good job cleansing hands. Not a huge bottle so compared to other hand soaps. I am not sure how cost effective buying individual pump bottles like this would be. Probably would be better off packaging it in a refill container at a lower cost to the company and the consumer. Overall a nice, fragrant hand soap that would do a good job of removing kitchen odors from your hands.

Plant-based hand soap with pleasant scent. Contains fragrance.
The subtle sweet scent on this plant-based hand soap is not overpowering and leaves hands soft without over drying them. However, I do find that this liquid hand soap takes longer to lather than a typical liquid soap. Fortunately, I didn’t experience any skin irritation with this hand soap, but I think it would have been a better product without added fragrance. The value in this plant-based hand soap is the unique scent, but it’s not the best deal when compared to Mrs. Meyer's hand soap which has similar ingredients. Overall, I do like how my hands feel after washing with this hand soap and would recommend it, but it’s not the best value and it contains added fragrance in the ingredients.

A little disappointed
So I have this same brand/scent of room spray and absolutely love the room spray. This hand soap, I definitely don’t love as much. The scent is completely different and a lot more overpowering than the room spray. It also leaves a weird feeling to my hands, hard to explain. I will continue to get their room spray but will not order the hand soap again.

Fragrant Hand Soap
I was super excited to try this scent as my cousin had the gilded balsam birch one that I absolutely love! I liked this scent a lot. The soap is very fragrant and leaves the room and your hands smelling nice. The consistency is a bit thinner and does not lather as much as regular soaps but overall a very fragrant expensive scent.

Acceptable soap but not a fan of this scent. Bold, yes. Pleasant, borderline intolerable.
The soap bottle and pump are decent quality. The soap itself is thinner consistency and lathers reasonably well but with minimal suds. The scent is strong and bordering on unpleasant with the first pump. I get no sense of vanilla, ginger, buttercup, or any of the other notes included in the product description. Sandalwood is the primary fragrance note, which wouldn't be bad in itself because I actually enjoy sandalwood, but this smells like . . . sandalwood gone bad or something. It's not quite intolerable, which is helped by the fragrance thankfully dissipating over time leaving a much milder and somewhat more almost pleasing scent.
