Impressive thus far!

Very impressive right out the box. Heavy and sturdy, well crafted. I have not cooked in it yet, but it appears to really good cookware. Can’t wait to fix my first meal. I’ll keep you all posted.

Heavy duty

Easy to clean up. Cooking with these are a game changer. They have a heavy weight feel to them. Great looking and very easy clean up. It’s a nice addition to my kitchen

A "sharp" set!

They heat nicely, the handles are well balanced, and are overall just lovely tools—don't be afraid to put them to work. The only issue is that the edges around some of the rims are a bit sharp, I knicked myself while cleaning one and I could see that being an issue if you're unprepared. If you're aware, there's minimal danger, just be careful around the edges.

Product is as described

So far I am happy with the product. Handles stay cool while cooking and clean easily, although the skillet discolored a bit after the first use. I don't know about durability yet having just received the product a few days ago.

Great stainless pans.

They heat quickly and evenly and cook most foods well. These are not non-stick though so use oil or butter to make sure your food isn’t cooked on.

Nice construction but

very good quality but heat distribution is not as good as our old SS set with the aluminum bonded to the bottom. cooking bacon is the test it fails big time as the edges of pan are much cooler than the middle so burn baby burn. otherwise, they're okay, but a bit disappointing.

Must Have for Amateur Chefs!!!

Pros: They are VERY well balanced, weight wise. Even heat distribution. Dishwasher Safe Oven Safe Low maintenance Pre-Seasoned Great size pots/pans Cons: Lids get hotter than I’d expected, I have to use a silicone pot holder in order to grab it while I’m use. Even with the hot lids, I still give them 5 stars!

Much better quality than similarly priced Lagostina cookware

I bought these after having to return two sets of Lagostina stainless cookware because they both warped after first use. Yes, there are things you must avoid in order to not damage clad cookware, but they were especially fragile to heat. I took a chance and spent the extra money ($75 at the time) to pick up this set, and I haven't regretted it! This set comes with two well-sized skillets - 10" and 12" rather than the 8" and 10" of most other sets. After two months of use, none of the pieces have developed any warping. They have more heft than the other sets I've used. This is especially noticeable with the glass lids. I'm not a huge fan of glass lids as they're a pain to keep clean, but the added weight definitely make the lids seal better than the thin stainless steel lids I had in the Lagostina set. These will last me a long time and I couldn't be happier with them!

They cook evenly.

I still don't like that the handle gets hot, but other than that I like the pots and pans.

Best pans I’ve ever had

Great value. Would recommend. Make sure you cook on lower temp settings. I still keep a good nonstick for eggs but these are great, way better temperature control than aluminum and cast iron. Learn about stainless steel before buying and season pans before use

Save your money and invest in better quality

I wanted to love these pots! Pros: they are pretty, I love that they have glass lids, the sizing is great! Cons: for clad pots they are not heavy which makes them feel flimsy. I made soup the other day and the pot discoloured inside. I’ve had Lagostina clad pots for the past 10 years and I’ve never had that happen. For the money, I’d say it’s not worth it. Next time I’m in the market for pots I will spend a little more to invest in better quality.
