Excellent Material but Not the Exact Size I Ordered

I got a different size from what I ordered. But the material is really good, well pressed and made.

Better than expected

So few wool pant options but these looked clean on my son. Right fit for slim/modern fit as opposed to more traditional roomier legs. Fit as expected in waste and length but no room to let out if needed.

Great jacket

My husband is 5.5’ 160 Lbs and it was a little snug at the waist to button but it worked. 42 S Little long in the arms. We hemmed the matching pants.

run large, very good quality, blind lapel stitching

I have several of these slim fit Calvin suit jackets and they all, 42R, run large at the shoulders. OK in the winter time with a sweater, but a NO GO in warm weather. Nice aspect is the lapel stitching is blind. I only see this on more high end suits. Cheaper jackets/suits have border stitching on the lapels that shows and causes the fabric too bunch up with each stitch. The blind stitch allows for a perfectly smooth lapel which is what these Calvins have. Additionally, on the pants, a 34x32 has a longer crotch than a 34x30; by about 3/4 inch. I suppose Calvin assumes longer legs means a longer torso?! So unless you want that Boris Johnson, UK PM, crotch-3 inches=below=the-groin look, go with a short cut pant and hope there is enough material to have a sufficient break so one does not look like Gilligan with pants that are an inch above the top of the shoes!

Sleeves large and baggy, does not feel like a slim fit suit.

Quality is decent, but the fit does not feel like a slim fit suit. Sleeves are very large and baggy.

Decent pants. Only came with pants.

Make sure when selecting you would select a pants size (usually it’ll be something like 30w 30l) and a suit size (42R). These only came with the pants. I would highly suggest buying one size larger and just wear a belt. These pants were tight on me but the rest of the fit was just right.

Item came not new

The pant came washed with wrinkles and no seam lines. I returned the item almost three weeks and still haven’t receive my refund.

stains all over pants when they arrived. Easy to see they were "knock offs" poor quality. sent them back!

Quality Suit At Excellent Price Point

My husband has many CK suits purchased in store and this one was the exact same. Considering it was purchased online, the quality and fit are both excellent and true to size. Can't beat Amazon delivery, either. Would definitely recommend as well as purchase again.
