Works great on my thick straightened hair
I have really thick wavy hair that I normally wear straightened, so it's a challenge to find clips that work (when it's straight, the hair is smooth and easily slips out of a lot of clips). When I leave my hair curly, this is a bit too small...but when it's straight, it's PERFECT. It's tight enough not to slip out of my hair and I rarely have to reposition it. I also like that it doesn't have the big finger clip pieces like the old skool clips do. I liked it so much I bought the other color as well!

Hair mangler.
Grip is very strong as stated. Downfall, it does not hold very much hair. I'd call it more of a medium size. Poor design with the prongs, it will get mangled in your hair every time unless you only wear a sleek French roll style. (I have thick long hair)

These are the only clips that hold my long, thick hair. I buy them a few at a time. After a while, they do snap but that's to be expected with my hair. It's really thick and I have to squeeze the clip open all the way to get my hair in there. They do last quite a while though. Nice secure tight clip.

Sturdy Hair Claw
This claw is sooooo much sturdier than the Goody's claws which have tines that break off if you drop it on the floor! It also holds nice and tightly, and my hair thickness is medium.

ricevuta ieri e provata oggi, mi è "rimasta in mano" rotta in 2 pezzi al primo tentativo. la precedente pinza per capelli mi è durata 3 anni, quindi giudico questo prodotto pessimo con un costo spropositato
