Not waterproof
Fit great and look cute for snow boots. They don’t stand up to water so well. Best suited for snow, not slush.

Carters Boots are GREAT!
I bought these boots for my daughter because the other boots she had did not have great grip. These have fantastic grip and seem very heavy duty. The price is perfect for kids boots. We love them!
