Great for the money

Even buying it in the US, it still is a bargain. All the way to Holland in 3 weeks and a great watch. It's easy to set has solar power and in white looks great in the summer! For 56 euro not a bad watch. That's incl tax and shipping! Dear people, the watch needs charging ! But not behind the window in the full sun!!! And charging takes a while!!!! Remember that. The watch works for years and years and can take a hit. So have fun with it, i do.

Almost a G

I was looking to replace my white G Shock that I totally regretted selling a few years back. I came across this tough solar and was a little hesitant to buy since I thought it would be a fragile watch because of the acrylic bezel. The solar battery, clean display and the option to return lead me to give it a try. The watch is lightweight and wears very well on my 7.5 inch wrist. I would have preferred a mineral glass, but at this price point I really can’t complain.

Great watch/ band not same color

Pros , solar /no battery ever needed . I work on boats from sanding Teak and chemicals, oil salt water the very affordable watch keeps time set it to your time zone and done . Keeps perfect time , I’ve beat this watch down ! Trust Casio they say timex that’s s licking keeps ticking (a great selling slogan) but Casio watches will too also ! I personally have grown to like this little very affordable watch . it does not need any Matnace ! Oly con: the band is not the same color white ( if your a.d.d. Or things like that bother you ( plan on buying a band ) . And the light is dim. Barely can read the time at night. And there’s no military time markings on it . Or tide setting. Is just a basic as they get solar watch that is tuff for a watch . Hope this helps your choice ( Casio has great reputation) if your seeking a watch under $50 dollars a solar powered Casio this was the first option I’m writing this review after I had the each watch 3 years now . It’s still my work watch ( I have a few very nice looking watches that where 300 and all but one the batteries all are dead . This watch will stay working 3 years beat it to death !! And only con is the black logos will come off and band is a different color ( for a watch for work ) if your add the color band will drive you insane! But I’m going to buy a white silicone band/ bracelet from a reputable company. And this watch will probably last a very long time ! Like u said I am really hard on a watch . This thin solar is like a g-shock tuff and not bulky. Will last ( your not going to pull chicks with it but I have had complaints on it , and people have asked what type of watch is that .. I have nice things and I’m happy with this watch ( cons band and light ) but my Rolex submariner that’s outrageously priced has a weak lume too . So I say if you like a clean watch that will tell the time for the day can’t go wrong with this watch

3.5 stars: PLEASE READ

Before I begin, let me point out that I am not dissatisfied with my purchase at all. I would give this 3 1/2 stars for a few things I personally don’t care for, and things others might not care for either. Four meaningful pros: 1. This watch looks AMAZING. The digital display can light up in the dark and the analog hands, 12-hour marker, 3-hour marker, 6-hour marker, and 9-hour marker can glow. 2. This watch is not terribly big like it’s black counterpart, and feels light. I have 6 inch wrists, and can wear the band on the 3rd hole without it moving around on my wrist. The case is also not too large that it’s intrusive to wear it around everywhere I go. 3. This watch is quite functional for what it is. I love to be able to see the time on my analog hands and chose what I want to see on the digital display, whether the same exact time as on the hands, the world time zone of my choice, the date, a timer, or a stopwatch. Up to 5 alarms can be set, two alternating timers can be set, and 31 time zones can be chosen from to see in world time mode. The possibilities of the digital display are endless. 4. The watch charges with the sun and reduces the times the watch needs to opened, causing water damage if done incorrectly. This is a big reason I chose this watch instead of one powered with a battery. Four meaningful cons: 1. Others are right... the watch band (not the watch itself) WILL yellow once it’s in contact with pool water for more than a half hour. I suspect other things can yellow this as well, so be careful. A toothbrush and baking soda can clean some of the yellow off, but if you swim a lot and like the color of this watch, buy a different band for it. (I take 1/2 of a star off for this) 2. Both timers can only go up to 99 minutes and 55 seconds (basically an hour and 40 minutes). You can use the second timer to alternate between the two and use it as a longer timer that can go up to 3 hours and 20 minutes, but it isn’t the same as being able to set one timer for, say 2 hours. (I take 1/2 of a star off for this) 3. The stopwatch can only go up to 59 minutes and 55 seconds before it resets (basically an hour). Unless you only time things that don’t take so long to complete (e.g. a lap around a track), this stopwatch may be useless for some. It isn’t a huge setback for me, but it is handy to time things longer than an hour, like a car ride or marathon, on my watch instead of my phone. (I take 1/2 of a star off for this) 4. The alarms on the watch may not adequately wake everyone, as they are loud, but only sound for 10 seconds, instead of Timexes I have had with alarms that sound for 20 seconds. This isn’t much of an annoyance for me personally, so I take no stars off for this. I only mentioned this for others who may find this as an annoyance. Overall, I find a few things wrong with this watch, but I like it more than I dislike it. I find this to be a watch that fits my personal needs, and I recommend this to anyone, so long as they don’t mind the cons I listed. I think if you like what this watch is and what it has to offer, you won’t end up returning it!

White Casio watch

Great watch very similar to my original one looks brilliant easy to read good strap solar illuminator.The 1 thing that lets it down is the light button it doesn’t light all the black face up which I use a lot in the night

A lovely watch ⌚ to own & wear, no more battery worries, very light on the wrist and easy to navigate via the instructions to set up. I use it at work, I work outside in a retail park. It's cool, lightweight and very functional.

Excelente reloj solar.

Llego un día antes de lo acordado. El reloj es justo lo que esperaba, me gusto mucho el fondo negro con la carcasa y la correa blanca. Los materiales se ve que serán resistentes para uso moderado. El precio me pareció bastante bueno en relación a los precios que se manejan en los centros comerciales, más o menos una diferencia de 500 pesos o si no es que más. Tiene muchas funciones, como cronómetro, fechador, hora mundial, alarmas, luz nocturna (Esta solo es para la parte digital, no se ilumina todo el reloj). Resistente al agua 100m. En general muy contento con la compra.
