Small but significant shortcoming
If used as a nite light the unit puts out tons of light, but the buttons to operate it are hard to id in the dark. I glued a small plastic bump to one of them. Now it's much easier to use. My opinion - Very easy to fix during manufacturing.

This flashlight is perfect for work. Very versatile
Love the fact that this flashlight is all I really need for work. Others at work have complemented on how good it is. Versatile, rechargable and awesome battery life. Will be buying another as a gift.

If the Swiss Army made a flashlight.
This is a great flash light for anything near to you. I've used it working on my truck, soldering, electronics repair, lighting a tent, skinning a deer. The magnet hold the light well. Hook is convenient. Battery life is great, pretty much spot-on with their chart.

Compact flashlight with many uses
There are a few things I really like about this flashlight: 1) It's small and very portable 2) It has two different types of lights that can be used separately or together 3) It can be hung from multiple places and casts a decent amount of light over a work area 4) It has a rechargeable battery and is rechargeable by USB C, it's so nice to have this port standardization even on cheaper devices I honestly have not found anything I dislike about it. I like using both lights as a makeshift lantern when walking at night to be able to illuminate exactly where I'm walking as well as a broader area as well. I have also had the unfortunate chance to use the light during multiple power outages in the last couple of months. My two favorite features are the hook - I can leave it hanging on my wife's bedstand knob so she can easily find it at night, and the magnet - the magnet is just strong enough to support the weight of the flashlight while holding onto a cornerbead on my walls, allowing me to illuminate a room for a while without having to hold or hook the flashlight. I will probably buy a second one of these and leave in the car, as the small form factor and magnet would also be perfect for under hood / tire changing use too.

Magnetic could be stronger, plastic body
I've tried some coast products before and really liked them. This one seemed a bit more on the budget side. While it was well thought out (the hook, the magnet, etc), the plastic body felt cheap and it was a bit too heavy to really work well with the included magnet. The light also could've been a bit brighter. Love that it charges via USB C, though.

The idea is brighter than the lamp, but a lot of light from a small package
The idea of this light is brilliant, and one I want to add to my tool box. I think it may earn a spot, but because of some features, not my initial reaction. 650 Lumens should be enough to add that extra brightness to the spot you are working on. I'm not confident that it really pumps out 650 on high. As the picture shows, it is closer to a candlelight dinner than a 60 watt light worth of light. So now the positives. It is small and packs a lot of light in that space. It has a hanging hook and a magnetic base. I can get this light right up and close to where I'm working, and not have it in the way. Rather than lighting up the whole space, this is more laser precision. I really expected it to be brighter at 650 lumens, and that is why I've subtracted a star. Its utility has really grown on me and I think it is deserving of a spot in my tool box.

Very bright
One of the most important things about this flashlight is the brightness. Both the beam and overhead work light has different levels of brightness. It also has a hook and magnet that makes it easy to work with. What I don't like is it don't have a belt/pocket clip. It's still a good value for the money.

Fantastic little work light
I keep this little guy in my main tool bag so I'm never left in the dark. It's portable, has good light output, and has a rechargeable battery built in with a USB-C port for charging. Yeah, it's plastic, but that keeps it lightweight. My tool bag is heavy enough, so that works for me. If I need something brighter or more rugged, I can bring out my other work lights as needed.

Good product
I use it as a professional mechanic daily. It’s easy to use and to clean. The battery and lamps are performing well. I have to say that the magnets came off pretty quick. I just glued them back but I didn’t expected that to happen. The swivel came a bit loose (like a backlash) after few weeks of use, it’s still holding itself good tho. I love coast products, but I don’t know if I will buy a replacement work light like that one. For the same price I could have a similar snap-on with less features, but a much tougher product. I’m still a sucker for coast products, I bought some rechargeable flashlights in the past and I’m still glad that I have something different. I have to address that the customer service and warranty claims are very good. Solid 4 stars but it would be 5 if a bit more tough or (heavy duty). I recommend that work light for hobbyists.
