The pump doesn’t have the gold tip anymore! Size runs large.

So the official Cole Haan website doesn’t sell this pump with gold tips anymore, so I turned to Amazon because the picture and the description specifically said “gold tip”. Turn out it is not! Very disappointed. Also, I’ve tried the pump from Cole Haan before, feels like this pump’s leather doesn’t have good quality. Feels like the leather will worn out pretty soon. If this one is not on sale and you are not on the tight budget, I recommend buying directly from the official website! I probably will return this because the quality is not good.

Size down

Shoes are VERY comfortable. Great as a classic pump. Size down though, I’m typically a 9 but the 8 fits my feet perfectly

Very comfortable

These pumps are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. My feet are always so sore after wearing heels to the point it takes a couple of days for them to stop hurting. I did size up 1/2 a size due to the arthritis in my feet. Very classy and comfortable.

Love!

Look great and well made. Love the pop of gold on the toe. Consider sizing up a half size if you have wider feet or prefer a little more room in the toe box. I ordered my usual size and they are a little snug in the toes but prefer that to them slipping off my heel.

Comfortable work shoes

Right out if the box they fit my feet (size 9) perfectly! I worked 8-12 hours a day in these and had zero pain or issues! They still are super comfortable and my favorite pair of heels!

Comfort

I can never seem to find a heal that has padding. This pair was definitely designed with women in mind. The heal height is modest and the comfort wonderful. The leather is so soft too!

Very comfortable

As expected, these are great. This brand has never disappointed me and is worth the extra money for comfort. Highly recommend going to the Cole Haan website to check the sizing chart. I didn't realize they run slightly large (i.e. US 7 = EU 37.5) when I placed my order.

Beautiful Pump

Fits to size and well made. It has arch support, cushioned insole and I like the non slip outer sole - why don't they make all women's heels like this??
