Decent fit, looks nice

I always buy off-brand jackets but when I saw this on sale I had to snag it. The quality is so much nicer than those cheap jackets I had. And it is super warm too. It also showed up way earlier than expected. My only complaint is that I would like the arms to be a smidge longer. But I have crazy long arms so not really Columbia's fault.

Lightweight, but warm; hood/collar keeps rubbing my cheek

Overall, I like it, and it's going to be used extensively. It's a comfortable jacket, and much lighter than I expected. But I wore it this morning for the first time in subfreezing temperatures. I had another layer on underneath, and I did not feel cold at all. Even though the product description says it's properly sized (I have an XL), wearing a another layer underneath (in this case, a Columbia fleece jacket) does make it slightly more snug, but movement doesn't feel restricted (but it might if I have to do something like shovel snow off my driveway). I wouldn't recommend it for temperatures much colder than freezing, but for temperatures above that up to probably the upper 50s, it's perfect. There are two drawbacks to this design, as I see it. First, as other reviewers have noted, I prefer zippers for the pockets instead of snaps, but this is not a deal breaker. The worst flaw in the design is that the bottom of the hood (or the top of the collar) keeps rubbing up against my cheek and this is annoying, even if I am not wearing the hood or if it is not zipped up all the way. This isn't a deal breaker for me, either, but it cost the review a full star.

Great Jacket

I bought last spring so had no chance to use it during a winter. What I personally like it is light jacket, so I could wear it hours and hours without any pressure to my back. It has enough pockets, so I could put as much as I need. And finally it is a winter time. Last weeks it is 5F and I have to walk with my dog every morning and night up to 50-60 minutes. I was surprised that with warm fleece and term shirt I am not cold during the walk.

Love it!

Great quality jacket and seems to be doing a good job keeping me warm in this early winter -15 weather. The jacket is quite lightweight. The hood is neither too big (I hate when hoods are so big that they cover my eyes), nor too small. Note, it fits big, so I recommend getting a size smaller than you normally would.

Nice jacket keep you warm. Ordered 2extra large because want more space but the sleeve is a little longer but still ok.Very light and looks like well made. Happy with the purchase.Definitely will recommend to relatives and friends. Another nice product from Amazon and partners.

Light Weight and Comfy

For Toronto... this is a late fall/mild winter coat. You can wear it with other layers to keep you toasty when the temperature starts dropping. I wear it for work everyday.

Misleading. Says insulated winter jacket. Lol. Probably for Vancouver. Not built for Saskatchewan winters where it gets a cold shattering-40. Build quality is meh. Button on the cuff ripped off already. Does amazon give warranty??

Good quality

I purchased this jacket as a gift for my husband. He loves it! Super warm and fits true to size. The price is also significantly cheaper than buying in store which is great.
