Not durable

I ordered three of these cups in October (6 months ago) for my 91-year-old mother. The first problem was with the “straws” (the plastic tubes one sucks on to draw out the liquid). Pulling them out of the cap to clean, the sheath on one of the cups tore. The cup was mostly usable (just had to be careful), and I started removing the “straws” more carefully after that. I'd have still been happy if it stopped there. But about two weeks ago, she knocked one over on her table. It didn’t leak—yay! that was the purpose!—but the inner cup separated from the outer cup and is now pretty useless. Then two days ago, it happened again with the same result. So she’s down to just the one (of the original three) that she can use. Not a particularly durable product if it breaks when you topple it!

Good size but gets mold quickly

The size is good for people tracking water intake. Unfortunately despite washing daily, the tumbler got mold.

Ordered a replacement for my wife

I bought my wife one of these since as a teacher, she has to have a clear container for her in-class water. The uses it daily and it was time for a new one. My only complaint is that I ordered a red one and received a teal one instead. She needed it right away and I didn't have time for returning and exchanging it, so teal it is. As for the tumbler, it's worth the money.

Hard to open , only complaint

The seal is very tight and hard to open. I need to use a rubber gripper to open. But does not spill when dropped. Looks nice and no moisture on outside of container after holding ice water for 8 hours plus.

split in the bottom

after a few months, this cup developed a split in the inner layer and liquid was trapped between the two layers. Up until that point, I liked the item.

Definitely spill proof

I haven't found any other spill proof cup that can be drank from a laying down position. It's perfect for my Mom on hospice. The only reason it only got 3 stars is 4 out of 5 cups were cracked. They are needed so I'm keeping them. If you let them sit in dishwasher they will fog up so I just wash them quickly.

awesome product

I love this tumbler. I had one before which I purchased from a grocery store. This new one that I purchased on Amazon is better quality. I feel safe that no germs can get into the tumbler especially during the pandemic because it snaps shut.

Big but fragile

I ordered two of these, one came broken where the inner and outer cups attach. Amazon was awesome at replacing it with a new one. Unfortunately I accidently dropped the new one and it also broke in the same way. The size is great for the amount it holds but it doesn't fit on the top rack of my dishwasher so have to wash by hand. I ordered the smaller one and can't wait for its arrival. I bought the smaller one previously but it's very old now, still in perfect condition. Hope the new ones are the same quality as my old one.

Came broken and was too difficult to return

Unfortunately, my cup arrived today broken, the inner cup is separated from the outer cup and the outer cup is cracked around the rim :(
