Product fine! Did not ship correct quantity. No Amazon refund code for improper quantity.

The product is fine. But what I’m really getting sick of is Amazon not putting the right reason codes so I can get a refund when they don’t ship me the proper quantity. I ordered four of these and they came in two packages that were supposed to contain two per package. They shipped two in one package and one in the other package. Fortunately, it’s not very expensive, but I had this happen with another item not long ago where I was shorted a quantity of one. I don’t want to return the item. I just want a refund for the part they didn’t send. Amazon, please update your request for refund categories!

Looks like it will do the job perfectly

Looks like it is a good quality stubby flat head crew driver and will do the intended job perfectly. I would have liked it to be a bit thicker at the tip, but it works fine as is. I would buy again.
