Really fun toy but arrived all smashed up by Amazon

This really fun. My kids love it. DO NOT order it on Amazon. It came smashed up and now we can't give it as a gift as intended. Of course, Amazon won't fix their problem without me driving around to try to return or exchange it.

Perfect for kids AND to play with myself!! lol

Got this gift for the boy I nanny (5 years old) and we LOVE it!! Half got it because it looked fun to play with myself as well as I knew he would love it. We love all things glow in the dark and all things crayons so this was perfect!

Gotta use it in the dark

This item doesn't look like the photo on the box - the background is off white, and it turns neon green when exposed to the blue light LED pen flashlight that comes with it. See my photo. The bright neon green fades to light green within 1 min of using the light. Pros - my kids like it, no mess, re-usable writing surface, comes with a few stencils. Cons- needs 3 AA batteries it doesn't come with, you've got to use it in the dark, it comes folded in half which leaves it with a bump in the middle (hopefully will straighten out in time), the writing starts to fade pretty quickly after you write with the glow pen. Biggest downside if that you have to use it in a very dim - preferrabbly very dark room. The stencils don't work great with it because the plastic they are made from is semi-translucent and doesn't block all the light from going through them. And they are kind of hard to find in the dark. Ultimately - feels like I'd buy it for $10-15, but for $22.50 (my price) I feel it's a bit over-priced.
