Wish I discovered this sooner!

I love Japanese foaming cleanser and have been using the famous Hada Labo foaming cleanser (white bottle) for forever now until they just recently reformulated it in the blue bottle. Since then, I've been using random facial cleanser here in the USA and none has really wow me or left me wanting to keep repurchasing until I found this one. I cannot recommend it enough, esp. if you loved the old Hada Labo foaming cleanser. For starters, I don’t have sensitive skin nor am I acne prone so I can’t speak for that. I have normal to oily t-zone, with some dry patches on my cheeks during the winter months (in the Southeast USA). However, I do like to use skincare that is geared towards sensitive skin since it’s more gentle and less prone to break you out. The instruction says to use 2 pumps, but I use only 1 pump and that is more than enough for my face and neck. There is zero fragrance and the foam comes out really nice. My face felt moisturize and there was zero stripping, even on my cheeks. I am in AWE. Seriously found a foaming cleanser that I am CRAZY about and will continue to repurchase, unless they reformulate it and it strips my face. Overall, a SOLID 5/5! GET THIS!

Nice gentle foaming cleanser, also didn’t spill in travel!

I have very sensitive skin and I love this cleanser! I use the moisturizer as well. It has no scent and doesn’t burn. It comes out foamy and cleans well. One thing I did it expect with regard the packaging is that they shipped it with this plastic clip over the gap between the pump head and the bottle that kept it from accidentally pumping instead of the usual locking method. I ended up keeping the clip after opening the product and I put it on when I put it in my skincare travel bag while traveling and I didn’t have one leak! I’ve been very happy with this cleanser and I’ll keep using it.

I've been using this for a long time.....even after I left Japan and had lived 2 other countries (thanks Amazon for selling this in many countries!) When I was in Japan I didn't honestly think it's too special, just a nice product from trustworthy company. However I came to realize this is quite special, especially outside of Japan Here's some reason; - NOT scented : yes it doesn't have wonderful scent, but you know what those oils or chemicals to make it smell good do for you? It's actually a common reason for skin lushes -can be used for sensitive skin : This product line is for sensitive skin and yes I do have sensitive skin...btw for those who have pimples, you might also have sensitive skin -Kao product : Kao is known for good and honest especially when it comes to detergent. They won't put too much unnecessary things that could be harmful (even for non skin products, like laundry detergent) The company has a long history in Japan and it gets huge trust. -works good with hard water countries like EU : I live in London with hard water...the problem here is that since the water is hard, it's difficult for detergent/soaps to form bubbles...that's why a lot of soap/detergent in EU are generally use stronger (and not kind to sensitive skin) formulas. Since this doesn't require water to make bubble, water hardness doesn't matter. You can enjoy Japanese formula without worrying about water hardness!! I can go on more but will stop here - hope this is helpful for your sensitive skin!

Luxurious foam cleanser for sensitive skin

At the price bracket paid (like £8.92 with subscribe and save / additional savings at checkout) would have happily paid full price. Luxurious soft white foam that dispenses generously. The instructions suggest 2 pumps however if you’ve already used a makeup remover / facial oil then I find 1 is plenty, especially if your using a gel cleanser next. Great for dry sensitive skin, haven’t used for long so will update on my skin after prolonged use! The packaging is a gorgeous sleek box and white / blue bottle 10/10 must buy

Gentle yet effective

Very gentle, unscented but lots of foam. Perfect for dry or sensitive skin but does require a pre-cleanse with something else to remove makeup

I have dry, sensitive mature skin and normally use an expensive brand. However this is my new favourite. Lovely soft foam, cleans well with no drying at all. I love this product so much.
