Disappointed that I couldn't use outside all year long in my pond. Otherwise, looks like it's pretty powerful and sturdy.

Highest quality & last forever--Danner Mag-7
Highest-quality product. Excellent description & great price--the best by far! I've been using these for years & they last 'forever'. No other pump company offers a FIVE year warranty like Danner/Supreme/Mag water pumps! Must also say, however, it takes more electricity than most pumps, so not great for efficiency. For me, it's still worth it!

Great Water Pump
I have 2 of these pumps, and one of them is a backup, which I haven't needed yet. These pumps work better as a sub pump than inline. If you decide to use the pump as an inline, make sure you have filtration setup. The water inlet inside the pump cover has extremely small slits in it and gets clogged easily. The noise level dropped a start because the pump can still be heard while submerged, and as an inline pump it makes a ton of noise in general. Overall, I recommend these pumps.

I paid for a brand new pump and got a used one. Also has missing parts. If it wasn't for the fact that I desperately needed the pump, I would have sent it back. On the interim, the pump seems pretty powerful.

Long lasting
This is the second pump like this I've owned. The first lasted over ten years. I did have to replace the impeller once in that time, but it was very easy and the parts are readily available. I use this for my filter in my 1000 gallon fish pond and it runs 24/7 all year long. I probably could have just replaced the impeller again on the old one, but I decided ten years of use was plenty enough.

Good performance
I am assuming that these will work for as long as the 9.5 and 12 that I use in my large bait tanks (several years). This pump produces fine aeration bubbles and a very good flow against a 4' head. Note: The pump drive and impeller last several years but the impeller covers need replacement after about 2 years. If your pump stops working and/or makes noise then inspect the impeller cover as it is likely the seat is out of round which is an easy/cheap replacement.

Well priced and included both venturi connection and filter! Loved the fact that this is a quality product made in the U.S. and one can get parts if it got damaged or worn out. Well worth the extra expense when compared to cheap pumps.

Danner pond pump
This is the second one I purchased. And it is as shown. The first one lasted 11 years This one should last until I sell the house and move on. Very good product.
