This is a good quality product at the expected price. I paid $18.99, which is more than it's worth, but that is the price at all the home improvement stores for Delta. It is from the same collection as my new sink and tub hardware. I was surprised to find it on Amazon.

A great towel rack.

I like this towel rack so much I bought a second one that arrived yesterday. My handy man will install it this week. I like the other one so much we needed one in our powder room so I ordered a second one. Packaging was very good.

Missing Wall Bracket

I purchased this towel ring as Used-Like New and repackaged. I trusted that all pieces would be enclosed in the repackaging but unfortunately the essential wall bracket and hanging pieces were not enclosed. After searching hardware stores for the tiny bracket, I was informed that it is a specialty piece. I contacted Delta who was very helpful with my issue. I've written this review and given 2 stars due to the missing ESSENTIAL bracket. 2 stars given because of Delta's assistance but Amazon.com Services LLC was sloppy with repackaging. Buyer beware of repackaged items.
