bad pump

This ran consistently dry and I thought it leaked. Amazon replaced it and the water stream was stronger and landed in the boot as it should have.. The returned fountain dribbled water and it ran down the side. I believe the fountain figure was perfect but pump defective. When viewing the new replacement packaging it became clear that this fountain had been issued previously and returned since the pump and bird were stuffed in the boot and the new replacement had them packed in a separate box. Surprised that they shipped a return as new without advising me.

POOR Customer Service

The box did not have the "flexible hose" or the "light cable" included with the fountain. After contacting Toscano customer service a representative told me she could not assist me because I purchased it from Amazon. What difference does that make? It's their product sold on the Toscano Amazon Store. All I needed was those two items so I could enjoy this beautiful fountain. I contacted Amazon. The representative was most helpful and gave me options. I asked him to contact Toscano in hopes of obtaining those missing parts, but he had no luck. In my opinion, this is poor customer service. The rep gave me two other options, 1) send the fountain back for a full refund or Amazon could ship out another fountain where I would take out the items I need then ship that fountain back to Amazon. At first I wanted another one shipped out, but after thinking how ridiculous this is to pay for shipping the item twice just for those missing pieces I opted to return it. In all my 65 years on this earth I've never heard of such nonsense. So, to avoid extra shipping costs which Amazon was going to pay, I decided to part with the fountain and get a full refund. How much would those replacement parts cost?? I'm sure it would have been less than $10. For the above reasons I will never buy another item from Toscano again no matter how tempting.

UNBELIEVABLE

The media could not be loaded. OMG, COULDN'T LOVE IT MORE! My husband bought it for me for Mother's day and it looks exactly like my English Mastiff dog Thunder! ???????? It is unbelievable! Everyone I sent a picture to was blown away! If you like it- spend the $ and treat yourself! You will not be disappointed! It's big & sturdy. The fountain is adjustable. Very simple setup. Came very fast & was well packaged. Will be buying more Toscano items for certain!

Love the Labs

Thought the piece was beautiful would have given a five-star however the black is already peeling off of the resin disappointed

Wonderful fountain

We absolutely love this fountain! One complaint/warning the tubing pump connection is extremely snug and extremely short. It was very frustrating to connect because there’s not a lot of room for your hand to get a good grip and once it’s connected be sure to get the pump all the way into the bowl or the water will not “bubble” up. That being said the frustration was well worth it! I highly recommend this fountain!

No real assembly required

Very easy to install - connect a couple things, fill with water and plug it in. It's nice because if you are running it during the day you don't have to plug in the light - runs very nice. After having for a few days - I notice it leaks water very slowly - each day when I go to turn it on the ground is damp and I have to re-fill the fountain before I can turn it on every day. Disappointed in the fact that it has a slow leak someplace in the back.

Great retailer

I purchased this for my significant other for Mother’s Day. It has been in service just about a month and the paint is peeling. However, I submitted this review a few days ago and I had a new fountain on my front porch today. Great customer service.
