Fantastic Gift!!

Good Construction

It was a gift. The recipient seemed to like it enough. It’s a reasonably sized statue for the price, and if I were a bigger fan of the comics, maybe something I’d consider displaying.

Highly detailed but flawed

This Diamond select is highly detailed. For the most part it is beautiful to look at, my only isuue is that the underside of the bottom of this statue feels hollow and kind of cheap compared to the rest of the statue. Also on the top of the base (the top of the rooftop that spidey sits on) there appears to be a clear glue running down on two spots; almost entirely across the rooftop from right to left, but it is very obvious up close and takes away from the overall quality and design of the work, very unfortunate for an otherwise amazing piece of work.

Fans of the PlayStation 4 Video Game & Spider-Man Noir will dig this beauty!

Crafted to appear like the Peter Parker’s adventurous Noir tale, this is an intense looking Spidey! This is exactly the way he looks like in the mega popular PlayStation 4 Spider-Man video game. This diorama, like countless Diamond Select Toys collectibles, is made of PVC (a very hard type of plastic. By making it out of PVC instead of resin, these dioramas are less breakable, and the price is a fraction (SRP $49) of resin statues. The suit is amazing looking, you can see the stitching, creases and texture! They even include the small Spidey-symbol on his belt buckle (see below). The base looks to be a weathered roof top, with accented colors and feel. Measurements are 5 x 3 x 7 inches ... he looks great on a high shelf peering down.
