Best, powdered hydrating supplement of all time

I purchased hydrate for the first time from Costco last year, and was pleasantly surprised at how much water it had me drinking. I used one individual packet and dissolve it in 1 L of smart water and I drink 3 L of smart water a day. I am partial to the lemon ginger flavor, because it gives me a huge burst of clean energy from the Matcha, the energy that I get I don’t crash like I do when I was drinking coffee, it helps with focus and clarity, and I’m able to concentrate and it fills me up. This product specifically this flavor lemon ginger is a game changer. It’s helped me lose inches in my waist, I think that may be the green tea in the product that helps increase my metabolism and burn those inches off. The taste is amazing. It isn’t too sweet and I have literally ordered this every other week for one year. The best product hands-down for increasing water intake, clean energy, focus and clarity, and I am a Matcha lover. Will buy this until they never make it again.

Solid Product

Excellent product, full endorsement. The only change I would make to the formula would be to remove the added cane sugar, other than that, it's perfect.

Tastes good but,...

The flavor is pretty good, compared with most powdered drinks, but the matcha is really hard to mix. I've found that I need to mix a little hot water in first, then slowly add room temperature water and ice cubes to get it to mix well (unlike Liquid IV's other varieties).

Energy without the crash

Provided a nice even energy boost for me after lunch. It is rather sweet. I have mixed with cold or hot water depending on the season. Packets are easier to carry than small shot bottles.

Amazing energy and hydrating

I took this for energy, afternoon lag. I took this around 3 in the afternoon and was still energize at 10 p.m. I felt very hydrated. I also have taken (the hydrating) the night of imbibing in adult beverages. Woke up feeling hydrating. The Lemon Ginger has a nice flavor, I have tried the Tangerine & Watermelon (Hydrating), Yazu Pineapple (energy). Will continue to use this, I'm sure it will be great when traveling and dealing with jet lag.

Too expensive

Delicious but I'm taking a star off because it is so expensive. I wish this came in a tub instead of small packets.
