Worth the money, these are great!!!

Used them on my intake manifold, had a 3/8-16 hole GM used for a ground source. Most of my fasteners and wire terminals are for 6mm so this works out perfect.

This product is great! I was replacing the valve cover on my 2005 Nissan Altima and ended up stripping more than one of the threads. I thought that was it. I did some research and came across the heli-coil and tried them. Those might be good for other things but not for what I needed. Then I came across this product and after receiving them I installed them and now my Altima is back on the road with no issues from the valve cover!!

This insert worked perfectly and am pleased with the results

I have an old Italian Silca tire pump that had a small handle. The original plastic handle has a metric-threaded insert which I could not remove. I figured I could cut a broom handle into the length I needed and drill a hole into the handle for an insert but could not find the insert at my local hardware store. This insert worked perfectly and am pleased with the results.

Worked great

Recently used this to fix an aluminum thread I had to drill out. Went in easy, seams secure, and holds the new bolt. I'm happy.

Works like it should

Broke two seized bolts off while replacing my water pump. Since the other 3 bolts were M6-1.0 but I only have standard drill bits, having inserts with SAE external threads was ideal. No problems in the year since I made the repair.
