Horribly soaked

Horrible- the delivery was soaked wet right through box - shoes are now awkward I’ll fitting because of having to dry out! And Oder to them also! I have bought this brand numerous times over the years and have been pleased in the past BUT this is maddening! And I cannot find a way to return them ??

Extra wide is not wide at all

It says extra wide but it is not. I have a problem with my feet swelling and being so wide that my pinky toes always get rubbed and it’s painful.... I got the extra wide expecting room but it’s the opposite.. the box said everything was medium but the heel...
