Really cool, uh.... HOT product!

The media could not be loaded. I'm really happy with this patio heater. The flame shooting up the glass tube is really dramatic at night. It comes in a box and requires a decent amount of assembly (took about an hour) - All the parts and tools are included and the instructions were good (not over the top but most steps pretty easy to follow). One of my included photos shows the orientation of a "ring", the glass tube sits in this (my guess is it isolates the glass from the rapid heating of the metal plate below). As with projects like this, you'll want to thumb tighten screws only until all are in place and then snug them down with the included screwdriver. I would highly recommend this heater.

Nightmare!

This review is on the assembly only and product quality. I am handy and not a novice building these types of products. This was insane. The instructions were super unclear and the parts were super poor quality. Parts were mislabeled and steps out of order. You better put aside a ton of time to figure out this puzzle.

Sleek attractive patio heater

We recently moved and were looking for a heater for our new terrace. We prefer to visit with friends outdoors with all the uncertainly around Covid. We are so happy with this product. This patio heater looks like one you'd find at a nice restaurant. It has a really neat feature where they fire comes up through a central glass tube and the heat emits outward. It took my husband 35 minutes to assemble and then I picked up the required propane tank. We are looking forward to getting great use out of this throughout the Fall & Winter for friends gatherings, book club, etc.

Overall great patio heater

I ordered one of these to go on my patio near a fire pit. It looks durable and nice outside, unlike some other ugly patio heaters. It is easy enough to use and provides the perfect amount of heat behind the fire pit to keep us completely warm. I would definitely recommend this heater over some of the others on Amazon!

Great quality and value

This heater is well built and puts out a lot of heat. (I’m a freeze baby and absolutely hate the cold.) We did a lot of research before purchasing and we are so happy we went with this model. We love the textured finish too. We took our time assembling because we wanted to get it right. It took us about 40 minutes, but the directions were clear and helpful. We might add another one for our downstairs patio!

Dinazah LLC@Amazon should be avoided

The unit never worked. The assembly was fairly straight forward except that the instructions were not accurately collated and stapled. I documented that the gas was going through the hose but neither the pilot light or the burner unit ever flamed. I called the Flash Furniture customer service number provided in the instructions and the man that answered seemed surprised that they even made the patio heater. I decided that returning the unit was my best option only to find out that Dinazah LLC@Amazon does not provide return shipping and charges a 20% restocking fee. It'll probably be sent out to the next buyer without any repairs and they'll keep making money on the re-stocking fee.

Great addition to our outdoor living space

This is a beautiful addition to our outdoor living space. Easy to assemble, sturdy, and puts off a ton of heat. We are hoping to keep our outdoor activities and enjoyment of this piece year round.

I have been searching for just the right outdoor heater and this is it! Especially like the wheels as otherwise they are cumbersome! Can't wait for Fall!
