Firt things first the shipping time was atrocious but no big deal because it's the holidays. Upon unboxing I noticed a label that said to stop and follow instructions. So of course I stopped and followed the instructions step by step. I get the hose settled and laid out nice and flat only to begin to use it and you guessed it- it leaks. The connection at the end where you would attach a sprinkler or nozzle leaks and it's no small leak. So now what? I try to roll up a 100' hose that's now wet and dirty in order to get a refund? You've got to be kidding me. The label even says lifetime guarantee and made in the USA. Perhaps you should product test your hoses before shipping. I'll be forced to either lose the money or file a claim with the warranty I bought on Amazon though Amazon. Don't waste your time with this product. God bless.
