Mounting screws.

Kit only included only shortest mounting screws unlike other kits purchased at same time that included multiple lengths.

Good for what you pay for them.

It is a poo paper holder. Simple really. As it is kind of the cheaper version of the Delta Lahara range, you do have to expect a few corners cut. The chrome is not perfectly smooth, it does show some surface contamination from the plating process. The chrome is not very thick, it will wear with time. The roll holder is cheap plastic. The weight is good, these are pretty heavy pieces, so the castings are solid. The wall mounting brackets are sound & mount easily. Use good screws with the right kind of screws & anchors for the wall substrate. If you don't you will have bad day & be unhappy. That is not Franklin's fault, it is user error. I have never been given anything for free from Amazon as apparently I am neither a prodigious enough reviewer, purchaser or just not funny enough to be worth anyone wanting to give me anything, so my reviews are as honest as you get....

Works and Looks Good

It does what it's supposed to. Only issue I see is the spring loaded roll holder doesn't fit really well into the sides. The sides are contoured and the holder isn't. I haven't had it come out, but it doesn't seem as sturdy as most.

Beautiful design. Poor manufacturing quality.

I ordered the toilet paper holder and a matching towel bar. They are beautifully designed but are poorly manufactured. There were little scratches and dents and several raised black specks in the surfaces of both items. If it had just been one of the items I would have thought it was a rare lemon and would have replaced, but it was both items, which were mailed from separate locations. If you aren't detail-oriented and don't look too closely, I suppose these might be ok for some people; but if you're visually oriented and little flaws catch your eye, sadly these are not for you. It's a shame, because the design is quite lovely.

Protrudes out of the wall further than cheaper brands

But it’s gorgeous! Just make sure you measure before you order (especially if your potty room is on the smaller side), that you will have room to sit on the potty without your arm hitting it. This model has a very nice weight to it. A real quality piece! Beautiful!

Good knock off but has one flaw

This is a knock off from the Delta Lahara series. It was easy to install. The only issue I have experienced is you have to make sure the tension bar is fully secure into the post. Because of the the large round heads on the posts, they tension bar can fall off if it isn't fully extended into the post.

Lindo y minimalista

Me gustó mucho el diseño de este portarrollo. Le doy 3 estrellas porque está mal diseñado, como lo mencionan otras reseñas. Hubo que hacerle un resaque a la pieza abatible (muelle) porque no entraba. Me dió flojera devolverlo; fuera de ese detalle, la calidad y el bonito diseño me parecieron muy bien.
