Great travel mat

Nice travel mat, good grip that looks like it will last with proper care. No chemical smell, though I always clean mats before use anyway. Thin yet durable. It has creases so it folds up the same way each time. Definitely designed well for it's purpose, and a fair price. If you're looking for a quality travel mat, this would be it. Things to consider: If you are looking for an everyday mat, note that this was designed to travel well and is not thick enough to pad the knees or joints. Those with sensitivity should use a bath towel (something most hotels/stays provide) to pad the knees during poses like table or low lunge. If you do hot yoga, the grip might not be enough; hot yoga requires special materials to accommodate excessive moisture/sweat. Proper cleaning/care is a must to maintain any mat, and neglected mats degrade faster. That said, this mat does it's job. Good travel companion to keep up your practice even when away from home.

Unfortunately, too slippery.

I was really happy when this arrived as it is, indeed, light and totally packable in a carry-on rollerboard. It folds and unfolds easily and, although quite thin, I expected that and it is perfectly fine for its intended use of practice on the go. Unfortunately, I was slipping right off the bat, which is unusual as I am not one who sweats a lot. I wasn’t sweating much at all and was still slipping. It’s disappointing because now I need to keep looking for a light and packable travel mat. :(. Maybe you’ll have a different experience but, unfortunately, this mat didn’t work for me.

Good for Traction

Bought this mat for a yoga cruise and it works well for traction and folds nicely to fit in a suitcase. But it is very thin so does not provide much padding. I bought a smaller knee pad to use for knees and to sit on. It does have a bit of a chemical smell so when we packed we put it in a kitchen trash bag. It does work well on our padded carpet at home to provide traction.

Game changer at work!

I love the folding yoga mat so much! I stand on my feet all day at work, but on my breaks I can now throw down my mat and stretch out the lower back. Them fold it up and put it in my backpack and go!

Excellent Travel Yoga Mat!

I love that this yoga mat folds up nicely into my checked luggage. Easily folds up to move out of the way when not in use. Beautiful design and high quality. Worth the purchase!

Kind of pricey.

Pricey. Very thin. Good for travel because of ability to fold. But not comfortable to use.

Adore this mat! So easy to travel

I bought this mat for travel but I love it so much that I use it everyday at home too.

It packs down perfectly to fit in my travel bag. It's not very thick, but I'd prefer to pack light over having a cushy mat. It's the perfect size to throw in any bag so I can have a mat whenever I need it. It's sticky enough to keep me from slipping while I sweat, and I actually use it over other mats at home because I prefer the grip. I thought the fold points would be annoying but they've never bothered me. I've been using it every day for almost a year and it still looks like new.

Slippin & slidin

I didnt use this mat for hot yoga but I was sliding everywhere. It offers little support and hurts your back if done on a hard floor at a yoga studio. I suppose if you used it on a carpet in a hotel it would be fine but I feel ripped off

Dangerous!!!

So so slippery. It's fine for some light mostly floor work but this mat is downright dangerous if you plan on inversions, I don't trust it at all.
