For the price, terrific...

The media could not be loaded. The light fixture was bigger than I thought it would be. I only put one bulb in it because the bathroom is not that big and more bulbs would be too much. It looks good with my color choices though. The towel rack is discolored and came that way. The paper to holder is very loose and needs to be tightened or adjusted all the time. The design is not ideal as the paper roll gets knocked off easily.

the mounts a cheap and very small for whats needed towel bar is half the size of a regular towel bar. lights are pretty.

Towel set hardware does not fit

Light was fine, tried to deal with manufacturer but they don’t have the towel set hardware. Set pins for towel racks are too short and do not hold the racks on the brackets. Had to return just for set pins. Very dissapointed.

Major Quality Control Issues

Just received the item and took me 10 mins to check the item and decide to send it back to Amazon. Some of the issues I mention below have been pointed in other reviews for the item as well. Lights: 1. Conceptually its a beautiful model but execution in terms of manufacturing the item and maintaining Quality control is where the company failed miserably. The Light is crooked in that the horizontal bar that holds the three lights is not level with the Square back. 2. The chrome finish is supposed to be smooth and beautiful but the is anything but. There are multiple scratches and a quite a few places on the surface that look like the finish is not even. Bath Accessories: 1. I have gone through the installation but I noticed the chrome finish on all the fixtures is not even. There are multiple spots on each fixture where the finish was uneven in terms of shine and also had a multiple scratches.

Nice style but thin metal

I love the style of this set. The glass is very heavy, however the metal parts are rather flimsy and do not give a rich, heavy look. If I was installing in a well used bathroom, I would keep looking as I would not be surprised if this were to break down quickly. It is constructed with very thin sheet metal thinly coated with chrome.

This set looks lovely when it's hung up.

This was installed by an electrician as part of a bathroom renovation so I can't speak to ease of install but I didn't hear any complaints. Not sure what they mean about softness but it is dimmable. Right now I have the bulbs in without a dimmer and I actually like the full light. It sits above a medicine cabinet that's about 5 inches deep and these stick out enough to cast a good light. I will be switching out the wall switch when I have a chance to take advantage of the dimmable feature. The product is elegant and would look nice in either a man's or woman's bathroom. A nautical look to it but I've used chrome in the bathroom as a highlighted accent rather than a regular colour. I would recommend it. Great value for the price.

Crooked and not fixable but getting replacement

EDIT 03/31/21 Received full 5 piece set replacement. This one is straight. Updated to 4 stars. —————— EDIT 03/09/21 Contacted Globe directly as we were past Amazon return date. Spoke with customer service and they are sending a replacement free of charge. ——————- WOULD look nice if it came straight. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we got it up that the right one was this crooked and that it can’t be adjusted. We would appreciate a replacement. Install was easy enough .....

Cheap

Yeah it all matches but its clearly super cheap. Pay attention to towel bar length (its short). Next time I'll just buy better quality fixtures that are the same colour metal but may not match exactly. Live and learn. Not worth the savings.
