Only One Gallon not two pack of 2

Bought this product because I thought I was getting two containers of soap at the price, however I only received one. Now I am seeing I am not the only one who was fooled by this. The wording needs to be changed. It is only one gallon.

I bought this because it said “Pack of 2”. I only received one. I would not have bought this if that was that case, as I found cheaper prices for one.

Not the same formula.

This has always been my favorite hand cleaner. But they must have changed their formula or something. This stuff is as useful as standard soap, and it dries your skin worse than a bucket of salt. This stuff is terrible. Tried to reach GOJO/Purell, but no reply. So leaving a bad review wherever I can. Dont buy this, unless you like dry skin.
