I love it!

This stroller is great! It’s not too heavy and it’s very easy to convert from bassinet to toddler stroller and to swap out with car seat. You can also securely click/lock in car seat into the toddler seat. It’s a one click one hand process to close up the stroller also! You have the option to put bassinet / toddler seat/ car seat forward facing or rear facing. You just can’t put the toddler seat with the car seat in it rear facing, It has to face forward. I noticed before buying it people mentioning how it can be hard to use the car seat feature with the stroller because you have to be very precise on how you position it. I did notice that issue at first but when I looked at the instructions again I noticed how it suggest to go by the two round parts on each side of car seat and line them up with the two round parts on each side of stroller and it helped a lot. it’s very hard to see the little latches go into place so going by this made it a lot easier. Also you know it’s secure when you hear it “click” in. I also love the over all look of the stroller the wheels being big make it easier to push also. Putting it together was very easy I had a little bit of trouble putting the pin thru the wheel lock but eventually got the hang of it.

Great purchase

Awesome stroller

Really easy to take apart and put in the car. The control on it is amazing. I see these strollers everywhere I go. It’s big, but it’s the best stroller I’ve ever had.

Absolutely love this stroller system! Easy to get baby in and out with the Graco car seat which we bought separately. Plenty of storage space!

Stroller is very sturdy, was easy to put together. Will fit child for all the time they need a stroller. Kinda heavy, and you can only fold it if the seat is in forward facing mode which is a little inconvenience.

Do not purchase any product from Ventura.Sales, ZERO after sales support.

I have a manufacturing defect in the stroller and I am trying to contact the seller through Amazon from past 3 months but there is no response. Not even 1 reply to all the messages. The return window is gone, now I am asking if their is any option to repair it, for that too the seller is not responding. The locks that secure the bassinet to the main frame come out with the spring and the bassinet is not stable. It tilts in any direction making it very risky for the kid. Graco having a reputation of creating high quality product, would surely address this issue if only the seller takes the concern till them.

Bassinet to toddler seat conversion mechanism faulty

I got this shipped from Amazon US. The clip on seat that is supposed to help with conversion from bassinet to toddler seat seems to be not functioning right. Is there some help I can get for this here in Singapore.
