More like a mist

Calling this a “rainfall” is a misnomer. Out of the package and with the valve fully open it was like a mist. I daresay it would take over 20 minutes to rinse off soap. However you can modify the head, but it’ll probably void the warranty. Inside there is a flow restrictor. I’m sure this is something imposed by California. My restrictor was green. Using needle nose pliers and an Xacto knife I was able to remove it. You need to be careful it doesn’t fall into the shower head itself. My friend told me he removed his using a variable speed drill on low with a appropriately sized bit. With that restrictor in place this shower head is useless. With it gone, it’s like being in a tropical downpour with the valve fully open. And now it’s adjustable using the valve.

It is nice

For the money its great so far a month using. it pivots slightly the threading is a shallow mount. Works as intended. Will update if needed. Would recommend.

anemic water flow

Looks nice, but the water flow is so low that it's hard to wash off soap or shampoo.

Not worth the price. Buy something else.

Overpriced. For the price, this come with instructions and multiple filters to adjust for low water pressure - but IT DOESN'T. Extremely lackluster experience with this showerhead. Tried it a few times before I bought another one on Amazon for less than $40 that was way better imo.

One more exceptional Grohe product, I love!

I installed an extra rain shower on my last bathroom renovation and its one of my favorite things now. I've installed a variety of shower heads, most recently a square all metal Grohe head that worked wonderfully. But the esthetic seemed to call for a round head looking more appropriate for my decor in there. I know, that sounds trivial but bathroom decor is serious business since your time in there sets the tone for the entire rest of day. I noted that like all Grohe products, this head was not inexpensive, but was far less than I expected. When it arrived I saw that it is not all metal but is mostly plastic simulating metal, but still with all high quality finishes and the end result is that its really indistinguishable from solid metal. Installation is, of course extremely simple. Screw the old head off and after applying a little teflon tape, screw the new head on. Not too much more to say. Only that it looks incredible and now more symmetric with my other fixtures and functions superbly. It has a high quality look without the extra weight and considerable extra expense of an all metal fixture. If you're looking for a round, high quality rain shower fixture, do not hesitate. You will love this one!

A Premium Rain Showerhead

This Grohe Tempesta series rain showerhead is top notch and premium in quality. It has a uniform and flawless finish that will match the other Grohe fixtures perfectly. Both the Brushed Nickel and Chrome versions are very elegant yet solidly constructed with high performance features. They are simple to clean with a simple rinse or wipe down with a damp and then a dry cloth. The silicone nozzles resist scale and lime build up and can be clean via hand massaging them to break off the scale or if needed a light soak in a mild acid solution like vinegar. Be sure to test your specific fixture first in an inconspicuous area like the top side before fully committing to that particular cleaner. Great rain shower like performance but with a more traditional feed system. You can have this one on a slight angle and it will still produce a luxurious and even spray pattern from all the nozzles. Stops dripping quickly after shutting off the water. 5 stars for a premium fixture.

Beautiful shower head

I have always wanted to try a rain shower head and I was so excited to swap out my old shower head for this sleek cube shaped one. The install was really simple and went really smoothly. The shower head itself is bigger than I thought it would be and it provides a good amount of coverage. The square shape is really unique and modern looking and it has a really beautiful finish on it. I was surprised that the back is white plastic, but it doesn't affect the functionality. I like that the tips of the nozzles are silicone, which is great for preventing buildup since we have hard water. The pressure is lighter than some shower heads, but it feels really soothing and relaxing and I still feel that it does a good job at rinsing my hair out. It feels sturdy and high quality and overall, it is a good shower head for anyone looking for a relaxing and soothing shower experience.

Got supplied a used item full of dirt and finger prints. Box it came in was worn and damaged. Will send it back and get a new in box one locally.

Lo tiene la presión necesaria

Tengo una regadera igual que por uso ya no funciona , la cambie por la misma marca solo que esta es un poco más amplia , pero al ser más amplia la presión es menor y el agua que cae no tiene el mismo efecto de lluvia que la regadera que tenía , en otras palabras , si la van a cambiar revisen que la regadera original sea del mismo tamaño que la nueva
