Sturdy

I thought this was a set but it was only 5 utensils in the box. They are really beautiful. Also they are pretty big in size.

Beautiful

The design and the feel of this silverware set is top notch. I love the Celtic knot banding on the handle. And if you only need one setting than this is fine. I just wish there was a 20 piece set available.

Elegant and strong

These utensils are even nicer than the super-expensive set we received for our wedding. They're surprisingly heavy, which gives them a nice, sturdy feel. Make no mistake about it, these utensils do not feel as if they'll bend from regular use in any way, shape, or form! The documentation that came with them says it recommends hand washing. I'm not sure I understand why, because they are stainless steel. Regardless, I believe these utensils are going to last until the eventual heat death of the universe.

Hampton Forge Scotts Antiqur 18/10...etc. I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical on this design. I love Celtic knotwork. I have been drawing Celtic knots for nearly 30 years, and tattooing them on people for about 6 years. You might say that I'm a bit of a Celtic knot snob - and if you did, you wouldn't be wrong. That being said, this is a nice-looking set of utensils.

Absolutely Beautiful

Love love. They are beautiful. The photo does not do them justice. They are sturdy, the design is gorgeous and they are very shiny. Great for everyday use but would also pull out at holidays. Only complaint, is the box and packing arrived damaged.

Viking royalty

The media could not be loaded. I feel like a Norse divinity using these. They remind me of something Viking royalty may have used. The Scottish pattern is something to behold, like carved rock with symbols. Great heavy weight for a formal meal. Great shine. Individually wrapped.
