Good lotion but smells way too stong!
I believe in the properties and sense of Hemp. I bought the Original HEMPZ lotion. I loved the way the lotion rubbed on and absorbed into my skin. The scent however was so strong that I couldn't use it any more. The scent was like a cheap carwash deodorizer or cheap cologne. I'd like to be able to try other scents, but it's a bit too pricey to keep buying just to try the scents. So, it's a no for me. Update: I got in touch with the HEMPZ company for a refund. They declined. So it's almost $7 in the trash. I would suggest you go to an Ulta and sample the scents BEFORE spending any money on Hempz.

Hempz is a Great Product Because it Really Works
Let's just cut to the chase and discuss the straight facts about this product. First and foremost, it really works; it helps tremendously with dry skin. As a result of having chronic dry skin I have used many hand and body products over the years, and believe me when I tell you, Hempz is a really terrific product. As far as smell goes, I would say that it's comparable to something like passion fruit, but keep in mind I would say that it is absolutely a gender-neutral odor. The scent is by no means overpowering or overbearing. In fact it dissipates rather quickly upon application to the skin. With regards to the consistency of this product, it's not overly thick, it has a really favorable consistency, and it actually soaks in quite quickly. That is however something to keep mind when purchasing this product. Due to the fact that it soaks in so quickly, you may find yourself using a fair amount of lotion with each application. In spite of that I would say it is well worth the investment. Especially if you are looking to rejuvenate and heal your skin in the face of, at times, harsh environmental conditions.

The scent is amazing!!
I was very excited to try this product as I am a believer in the healing properties and health benefits of hemp. I have combination skin (a mix of oily and dry) and this lotion moisturized my skin perfectly without leaving an oily residue. It did take about one minute to fully absorb and left my skin feeling hydrated and smooth. The scent is amazing!!! Very fresh and pleasant without smelling overly perfumed. It is a pretty strong scent that lingered the entire day so I would not use on my whole body as recommended, but as a light hand lotion instead. I gave it a four star instead of a five only because I'm not thrilled about some of the ingredients such as "fragrance", "red 4" and "yellow 5".

Great minimal ingredient moisturizer!
This lotion is divine. I've used other products from Hempz before but this one is probably my new favorite for a few reasons. It spreads out nice so I don't have to over apply. It leaves my skin feeling plump and the olive oil adds a nice little glow that makes my skin feel healthy, and there's no film or sticky residue left behind. The smell is nice and doesn't over linger like other lotions I've used. Overall, this is a great product because it does what it's intended to with a nice list of ingredients. I am a fan of the company. I will definitely be adding this specific lotion of theirs to my daily routine.

the best lotion.
I'm a diabetic and finding a quality solution to dry skin is an ongoing battle, then along came Hempz. I'm a guy so I don't want a really fruity or girlie smelling lotion (strange looks happen). I would also prefer a non greasy lotion. This fits perfectly into those categories but those are mostly cosmetic issues. When dealing with dry skin whether it be from everyday dryness or diabetes, you want a lotion that keeps you moisturizerd and you want it to last a long time. Hempz is a knock out in this ballpark! I've used it for years and keep coming back to it. This is, in my opinion, the best lotion....ever.

First Time User, Very Happy with Purchase.
I've never tried Hemp Lotion before. It's made with 100% hemp seed oil, so I was intrigued. This lotion is really soft and smells good. It's pretty sweet, but not nearly as harsh as a Bath and Body Works lotion. I kept smelling my hands after I moisturized them before bed, and they were softer in the morning, so I guess it worked! I got the small 2.25 oz which is great for travelling on airplanes since it fits the size limit.

Smells great, convenient size
I have a small desk space at my office so there isn't a lot of room for a big bottle of lotion (plus I'm in the front office right now, so I have to keep my space pretty tidy). This bottle is the perfect size, I can stick it in my drawer out of sight but keep it close at hand for when my hands get dry. I love the scent of this lotion and the thickness. A little goes a long way! This bottle usually lasts me a month or two, maybe more depending on how dry the air is. Love it :)

I love this moisturizer because its lightweight and I take it everywhere! Perfect to throw in my purse on the way out the door for daytime relief. During the summertime, I get very dry skin and it has definitely helped. I look forward to ordering another bottle from this brand!!!

Ok
Been using this for awhile so that I could put a proper review. I bought this because my cuticles are really dry and crack. It works ok but not any better than a much cheaper handcream in my opinion. Will not by again,

Nice moisturizer
Better than your average moisturizer, and for me, worth the extra cost compared with everyday products. Nice fragrance without being overpowering.
